    New Garage Door installed

    I had a 35 year old, irregular sized, uninsulated, rickety garage door that needed replacing. I looked up Easy Flip on this site and from the first nanosecond, I was pleased. Every interaction, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and I cannot recommend this company enough. Jane and Mike are such great people. Mike is the technician and he was such a joy to work with. He explained EVERY detail, with patience and thorough attention to detail. I couldn't believe how easy everything was. I had not idea what to expect and I got the world in return. You will never find better service than this. I 1,000.000 % recommend Easy Flip. Thank you very much Jane and Mike !!!! The best!!!

    Broken spring - same day service !

    Spring broke last time trapping car in garage, phoned Easy Flip the next morning and they had someone onsite within a few hours and replaced the spring and did some other basic servicing for a very reasonable price. Excellent service, very impressed.

    project

    Called Mike. We discussed alternatives as to design and colour the garage door was not a stock size and had to be adjusted. Had conversations with his assistant who was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. There were a couple of issues that I was unsure about and were explained to my satisfaction. The installation could not have gone better as there was quite a bit of fitting and trimming. Mike is a professional and goes out of his way to make it as perfect as possible.

    Door/door opener maintenance

    My garage door wouldn't always close all the way -- if it didn't run smoothly along the rails it would get near the bottom and then the opener would just return it to the open position. I called Easy Flip and they offered a $39 service fee to come check it out. Mike was friendly and arrived on time for our appointment. He explained the problem clearly -- turns out the wheels that ran along the track had worn down and needed to be replaced. It only took him about 15 minutes to replace the part, and he used penetrating lube on all the hinges and springs. Great service for a decent price!

    Spring replacement

    My garage door springs failed and as a result I was stuck with a garage door that would not open. On referral of my brother I called Mike who showed up the next day and quickly replaced both springs and provided some extra cleanup and lubrication for the door mechanism. Altogether excellent and timely service.

    Stratford 3000 Garage Doors

    I recently had new garage doors installed at my son's residence in Mississauga. Mike was a great person to deal with...I felt completely satisfied with his recommendations when he came to the home to quote the job......and was very, very pleased with the service I received during the installation. Both Mike & Shaun were extremely polite and personable and worked neatly and quickly! I was also very impressed with how Jane in the office handled my questions during phone calls, as well as coordinating my schedule with Mike's! Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience dealing with EasyFlip Garage Doors..... my sincere Thanks!

    Garage door & Opener Replaced

    Mike provided a fair estimate on the job, and based on the excellent homestars reviews, and his honest demeanour during the quoting process, we hired him on for the job. He came promptly, and installed a new insulated door, carriage door handle and strappings, and a new opener (we went with the Liftmaster that EasyFlip supplies). Install went smoothly - Mike is a hard worker, who knows his products well. Have had many compliments from the neighbours... Thanks Mike!

    Garage Door Installation

    Had our garage door replaced from Easy Flip Garage Doors Inc. last week. We are extremely pleased with the job and highly recommend this company. Communicated with Mike from start to finish who also installed the garage door. Very professional with excellent customer service and prompt responses to communication. The installation was done on the committed date seamlessly without any issues and Mike also answered all questions patiently. The overall experience was very pleasant to say the least. We would not hesitate to return to Easy Flip Garage Doors Inc. for any future work.

    Garage door opener installation

    Mike came in and worked on the project with full knowledge. He also provided professional advice. Besides, he had positive working attitudes to install the openers in perfect conditions. Highly recommended.

    Easy Flip Service

    This my second time using Easy flip garage Door Inc. for different repairs. I used them as I had purchased vouchers from Wagjag. Mike was the technician that came out twice to service the garage door. I want to say that both times I was very happy with the service. Mike was prompt, explained the situation and fixed the problem. Sometimes leery of technicians but Mike was awesome. He was professional, explained what the issue was and was very nice. So when I saw that it was Mike who had come out the second time I knew I was in good hands. Thank you again.
