    Garage Door and Opener Installation

    I Contacted Easy Flip for new garage doors and Openers. They sent someone right away for a free estimate. I also called 2 other companies. The prices were not far off from each other. They gave me three different options based on my budget and what I was looking for. I had many questions regarding the functionality and quality of each door and I also wasn’t sure what opener to purchase. They truly took the time to explain everything. Every time I called Easyflip, they always answered my questions and was never pressured to buy the doors. They gave me time to decide. After a month, I decided to go with this company. Out of all the 3 companies, they provided the best customer service. Nathan came to install my doors and openers. He’s very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had while installing my doors. He gave me tips on proper use and maintenance of our doors and openers. I’m glad I went with Easyflip. The quality of the doors is exceptional. The openers are so quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend Easyflip

    Poor After-sales Service

    During the initial installation, I was disappointed to discover that an emergency pull cable was not installed on our garages door. It was not even offered on the quote. This option is absolutely required for garages that do not have a secondary entrance. Without the emergency pull cable, if the garage opener happens to fail, there would be no way of getting into the garages without significant damage. After I called to voice my disappointment, they sent out a service technician to install the necessary hardware. I was only charged for the hardware and not the service. 5 months later when we needed to use the emergency cable, the bolts were found extremely loose and almost falling off (preventing the lock from working properly). I called and was told that "anything could happen in 5 months". Please note that the emergency pull cable is only used in the event of an emergency, so we had only tried to use it once in 5 months. Anyhow, my opinion was that the loose bolts were a result of poor/improper installation, since we barely used the garage in the last 5 months. I was was told by the company that I should not make wrongful accusations and that I should have checked the work. My opinion is that I shouldn't have to check the work and a system that was used for the first time should have worked. Bolts don't just come loose unless there is a problem. Anyhow, I will fix the lock and cable myself. Now I am getting harassed by Easy Flip to remove my review even though I believe my assessment to be true and accurate. Their emails are now threatening me with defamation under tort law. This is utterly ridiculus. I have been successfully using Homestars for many years and this is my first negative experience. My last 3 reviews on Homestars were 10/10, so I am not a difficult customer. Always remember that it is service that defines a company.     Garage Door Installation

    Very good service. The person who came is knowledgeable and did the service with a smile. I definitely recommend this company for service to fix or install garage doors etc. Thanks for your service.

    Excellent Service with Honest suggestions

    Grace and Nathan were were professional to discuss all the options available to get new opener to my Garage, and got the earliest appointment, while Fixing it, Nathan suggested me to get spring changed otherwise garage door might get damaged as the spring is heavy gauge. At first i ignored that and thought it should be ok, but realized within 2 days seeing my garage door buckling and bolts were coming off from left side and light is sneaking in. I called back grace and Nathan came very same day to fix it then realized how honest he was.

    New garage doors

    I ordered 2 single garage doors from Easy Flip, Grace was so professional making the deal and ordering the doors from US. She updated me all the time with all details. Nathan is the best technician ever, so professional, always on time, pays attention to details and adjust everything before even I ask for it. Answered all my question with patience. I am glad we hired this company to install our new garage doors... excellent quality. Thank you so much Easy Flip.

    Garage Door Replacement - Great service!!

    I created a service request from HomeStars for my garage door replacement. There are a lot of company showed interest. At the end I decided to work with Easy Flip and I am so happy that I chose this company. From the beginning of this project, Nathan and Grace was so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and suggested good ideas like capping. Grace always informed me about my order and installation date. Nathan showed up on time on the installation date and he installed the door very professionally. He paid attention to all details of it and made a great job. Highly recommend this company..

    Garage door seal repair and GDO check up

    Very quick response time, showed up on time and the work was done quickly and looks great! He took the extra time to help me re-set my GDO code and made sure everything worked properly. I would highly recommend Easy Flip!

    garage door repair

    Easy Flip has repaired two different garage doors for me over the years - both times Nathan did a great job assessing and doing the repair. The first time he repaired a dent, and the second time he replaced rollers, both quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

    Replace garage door

    Great service, prompt replies and service. Price was cheaper than competitors, as well as installation of pre-purchased opener. Friendly and had a brochure with many options to choose from.

    Garage Spring, Cable & Track Replacement

    Extremely happy with my experience with Easy Flip. Grace responded to my email on a weekend and was able to book an appointment for me a couple of days later. Nathan arrived within the promised time frame and replaced my spring and cable promptly. He also recommended that we replace our tracks as it was corroding badly, for which he returned a week later to replace. Nathan is incredibly professional and fantastic to deal with.
