very good fast service. did a great job...not one sign of those critters after just 3 days. everything started to crawl out, roll over and die just like they said. I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional and thorough, would use them again if it was necessary, which I hope will not be the case.

Our house had recently developed a cockroach problem. Pestend was very responsive and very helpful in getting us an appointment right away. The technician Fazee was very thorough, very upfront, and provided us with great service. He explained the situation and talked about the different treatment options and what he recommended as an initial treatment. Needless to say, the initial, conservative treatment was all it took to get rid of our cockroach problem. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing similar issues.

My mom had some issues with bed bugs in their apartment. Since we didn't like the reviews of the company that the management of the apartment building hired to get rid of the bugs, we did some research and found Pestend. The costumer service over the phone was excellent, and we quickly set a date and time that were accomodating to my parents' needs (elderly couple, my mom's husband with Alzheimer's, cannot stay away from his home too long, etc). Fazee the technician arrived right on time, explained the procedure thoroughly and carried out the job within the time frame he promised. At the second treatment he was punctual again, explained how the treatment will differ from the 1st, and he finished the work in a timely fashion. We are only one day post treatment, but I am confident that Fazee did a good job and we won't see these unwanted creatures again! We highly recommend the services of Pestend and Fazee!

I had moth issue I didn't know how they came in my house anyhow I called Pestend and the Technician Zafar showed up he did thorough job removed their cocoons from the sealing put down few traps and explained me everything about moths. Zafar is very knowledgeable person extremely professional with his work. After waiting almost month now I am writing a review for him because he deserves for it. Guys I had roaches problem for long time I had try many companies but failed to resolve my issue then I called pestend they have very good reviews and rating as well. The technician ZAFAR came to my house and explained me every thing very professionally and gave me hope and did the spray treatment first and then came back two weeks later and done the dust and gel treatment it's worked like a magic what ever he explained happened accordingly unbelievable service. If you have any pest problem he is the Right person to call. ZAFAR I have no words for your service except one Excellent you are really professional with your work

Finally my night mare is over. I picked up bugs from some where I don't even know where these silent suckers came from. When ever I woke up i had bites but Millions of thanks to Zafar who fixed my issue it's been a month now I don't have any bites. Zafar is very educated and knowledgeable handsome guy the way he explained me was remarkable. I am really impressed by his communication and councelling. Thanks once again Zafar and pestend highly recommended

I had centipede in my house which has million legs we were so paranoid we called pestend Zafar came to our house did great job so no more crazy bugs very happy with service highly recommend Zafar is best

My husband and I recently had encountered the nightmare of having a bed bug infestation in our house. I called Pestend and we got our house Heat treated and bbq'd those suckers. Hamid was excellent at his job and very thorough with treating the house. Because BB can literally come from anywhere(scary thought), we both travel so we definitely are constantly diligent and following through with preventative steps. What's great about their service is that they care, and Hamid made that very clear when he followed up and re treated our room when i had encountered another bug that either miraculously survived or who knows maybe it followed us in on our coats(again scary thought) I was happy to hear that Hamid had made himself available right away to inspect and rid us of this nightmare all over again, and ensured us if it happens again he will be there till the very end. If you want great customer service, they're your guys. Looking forward to a BB free sleep, in about 10 hours :)
