We had lots of mice in our garage and basement. All cloths were chewed, food wrappers were found in corners and dropping were found all of the basement and garage. We tried catching them with mouse trap and glue pads but there were just too many and exponentially expanding. Finally, we decided to approach pestend pest control before they get into upper floors. Moe from pest end came in told us what could be their entry point and put the boxes in different places of the house. Mice were gone in 3 weeks. However, I saw a mice after 2 months and called Pestend again. Moe came and refilled the boxes. Found new entry point and recommended fixes. Overall, very happy with the service.

As you can imagine, my concern for my bed bug issue was incredibly stressful. I called Pestend and received very helpful information and was able to set up an appointment for a technician to come to my residence very quickly. The technician, Zafar, arrived at my home promptly on the date of my appointment and I was pleasantly surprised by his friendliness, and extremely helpful information. He provided me with amazing information about bed bugs and was very relieved with his assurance and confidence that he would rid me of this problem. He made me feel at ease and explained the bed bug issue within Toronto, lessening my embarrassment of this issue. Afterwards,as I would imagine most do, I inspected his work and was delighted with what a thorough job he had done in spraying and dusting my residence. Not to mention, he assisted me in vacuuming and cleaning my residence. I am happy to report that because of Zafar and Pestend, I am bed bug free and loving every moment of it! We had a carpenter ant problem in our kitchen/sunroom area and called Pestend. Luqman very promptly returned my call and offered to come the next day which was actually a holiday Monday. He did a thorough inspection of our home (inside and out), and set about to treat the entire area. He ended up locating and destroying a large nest in our basement. Luqman returned 2 weeks later to follow up on the ants and also to treat our house for carpenter bees. Both ants and bees seem to be gone! We were impressed with the prompt, friendly and efficient service. We ended up purchasing the Home Protection Plan - thank you Luqman for getting rid of these pests and making sure they stay away!

We called Pestend after reading all the great reviews and hearing about their reasonable prices. Zafar came to our home within a day to inspect, came back within 2 days to do the treatment, provided his cell number for questions or problems, and we haven't had a bite since. The only item I would note is that while their treatment is technically pet-safe (i.e. your pet won't die from it), our dog did vomit after licking the rug despite waiting 5 hours after the treatment, which we weren't prepared for. I'd suggest keeping your pets away from treated areas for at least 24 hours just to be on the safe side (or make them wear the dreaded cone to prevent licking). I called this morning after a week or so of hearing noises and chirps from our powder room bathroom vent. Tony and his courteous and also professional associate responded extremely fast and they came the same day within a couple of hours! He was very polite, very professional and thorough. Did a very thorough job. It was a very difficult and large nest that had been made by birds in our bathroom vent and he cleared it all out and disinfected it as well. All within just a couple of hours. And a very reasonable price! Beat everyone I called by far! He was knowledgeable and very efficient as he solidified meshes on all vents around the house. I would recommend PestEnd and Tony to all my friends and family. A job well done and we can now rest easy thanks to them!

First of all, when I called another company I was told that the poison was not an issue. (I was worried because we have pets) When I called and spoke to Luke he made sense to me saying to make sure the area is cleaned up after they are done. Then he set up an appt. for the very next day. Luqman arrived EARLY, after he called to ask if that was ok. He looked at the situation. Cleaned up the mess after he was done. Checked for other issues with pests and guaranteed the work for 6 months. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and what to look for in the future. We have been in this house for more than 16 years and this is the first time we've ever dealt with a bedbug situation. We called a few places in Toronto and Pestend was the only one that explained their service in detail and was more than willing to answer the multitude of questions that my family had. The service we received from Zafar was awesome. He was knowledgeable, extremely patient, understanding and compassionate about the situation and the amount of stress it caused. Two treatments were done in two separate sessions to thoroughly ensure no bedbugs were left, and we also had an inspection by Zafar. The problem seems to be solved now.

I am a first time home buyer and was dreading going through this process. Calling and waiting few days but Pestend was very efficient , i called around 10 pm at night and the next day at noon Moe was at my door. He put me at ease answering my questions and explaining in detail what i needed to know. Since his visit I have not seen a live mice but have been reassured if I have any concerns or questions I can reach out to him easily. Zafar came to fix my ants issue its been going on for couple of weeks I really appreciate his job the way he explained me and made me comfortable he gave me the time of two weeks but before that time my problem was gone Zafar is very expert and knowledgeable about his profession I highly recommend him and his company Pestend to everyone
