We have had a contract with Pestend for several years and are continually impressed with their services. They are professional, accountable and available. Zafar is always friendly, helpful and more often than not will come the same day I place a call. I would highly recommend this company and Zafar does an excellent job.

We had problems with house centipedes and silverfish in our new home. We purchased the service with the 6 month warranty to be sure we can get rid of them. The bugs did come back within a couple months and Zafar was back to spray twice to ensure the problem stays away. Hopefully for good now! He was punctual and responsive. We also had a second service with pestend. We found a wasp nest in a crack beneath a bay window. Zafar sprayed here too and we haven't seen a problem since.

We found a very large wasp nest (larger than a basketball) high up in the rafters of our shed and called Pestend to see about having it removed. Zafar arrived within hours and safely removed the nest and sprayed to kill any remaining wasps. We were very happy with his service and punctual response to our call.

we heard noise in our home attic.I called Moe Iqbal at pestend. He came immediately to see the problem. Soon he arrived he noticed a hole close to gutter end of the roof . I was so impressed by his experience and knowledge. He told us that raccoon has enter the attic.At our request he immediately called his team. They installed the escape window and also secure all the roof vents and pipe area. Next day we did not hear any more noise.I know Mr moe since iast two years. I used Pestend last November for mice activity in the kitchen. Within a few days the problem had been solved. However when the weather just now started to turn cold they obviously found their way in again and Pestend came out immediately. What impressed me even more than their service is that they honoured their one year guarantee even though the reoccurrence was definitely not their fault. I have now plugged the entry point. Lukman and Mo from PestEnd in Mississauga have come to our home on a couple of occasions to remove wasp/hornet nests that appear sometimes in the spring. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about the insects behaviours and they have given us good advice on what these insects do throughout the year and what we should do about it. They have always been effective at removing the nest safely and they are also flexible enough to come on short notice when required. I would recommend their services to any homeowner with pest issues.

Pestend was very quick and professional in dealing with the pest issue we had. Naseer was very courteous, approachable and knowledgeable. He answered my questions very patiently and provided us with tools and advice to ensure we do not have the same issues again. He did a follow up visit to make sure everything was ok . I got bed bugs the second time and Nasir was very helpful and informative with all my questions that myself and my wife had. He was professional and provided a great service.

We found a couple of dead wasps in one of our rooms last week, and were really concerned as to how they were getting inside. Took a walk around the house and found them going in and out of a gap in our shingles on our roof. Called Pestend, and they were able to send out Moe the very next day. He came at the time promised and sprayed and dusted the place. He told us to let them know if there was any activity in the next 7 days. Called and left them a message on Sunday, got a call back first thing on Monday morning. Since I missed there called, they left a message asking us to call back to set up the appointment time. Even though I wasn't able to return their call, Moe showed up to check up on our house an hour after their call, and did a second dusting. Very impressed with their customer service!!! Totally surprised me!

We had a massive hornet's nest in our yard that was much to big, and too high up in our pine tree, for us to remove. Pestend sent Naseer over to our place to solve the problem, and we found him friendly and thorough. The price was reasonable, too.
