Hi Vijay. We are sad to read your review. First of all, you were charged $250 + tax for mice extermination for your size of property. and as per your contract with Pestend Inc, you were given a 6 months warranty on the job for mice extermination. You were told by our technician to wait for about 10-15 days to see full results and to call back if you had any concerns. We never heard back from you, which indicates you didn't notice any activity after the extermination was performed (as you yourself mentioned as well) and that we were able to provide you complete elimination. Unfortunately, mice are part of nature and we can't possibly guarantee they will never return. If you leave any door open they can sneak inside, however, that is something out of our control. If you had expressed any concerns during the warranty period, we surely would've been able to provide you follow up treatment at no cost. However, at this point 2 months have passed since your warranty has expired. The best that we can do, as we mentioned over the phone, is offer you a further discounted price for the extermination as a returning customer and renew your warranty. Hi Margaret, Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. Its not pleasant to hear these kind of concerns from our clients. I spoke to the related technician about your concern, as I promised. According to him, he had explained you everything with all possible options as follow: 1. We don’t apply the bait applications for the rat as that could leave odor to your property 2. We use the sticky traps to catch the rats for the interior to the property and bait stations for the exterior 3. Based on your explanation, technician gave you the option to go ahead with the interior trapping. He also gave you the option, if you would like to buy your own traps, but you asked the technician to go ahead and he did set up the traps at the minimum cost for you with your permission. Normally, the cost for the initial set up is double the amount is charged. I am afraid to say the technician did not overcharged you and performed the service based on your explanation. If you were not satisfied with his options or explanation, you could simply say not to go ahead with the services. feel free to contact us, if you may have further concerns. Regards, Pestend Team
