    Empathetic,caring and professional setvice.

    Your tech just finished second follow up. Tech Nassir, hopefully spelled correctly, showed genuine concern and empathy as well as a professional desire to help us out. We are more than pleased with they way we were treated and would recommend the service without question. With the gaurantee and the professional and caring service, I would rate this experience as a 5 star rating Willy Bennett

    Bed bug problem

    Excellent professional service. Explained everything in detail. Knew what they were doing. Came back with no questions asked when we called. Asked for an extra treatment just to be sure, they came hardly no questions asked. Would recommend them to anyone. Our problem is gone now.

    Rental property was infested by mice.

    The work is done professionally , Moe the person who handled it explained everything in details , also recommended some work to be done to the garage door as it was a source of access and need to be sealed properly , the Tenant is happy with the results .

    Pest Control Assessment

    Pestend provided professional, efficient service in assessing a potential beg bug issue (thankfully none were found). An excellent technician (Alex) came to my house the same day to carry out the assessment. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable and spent extra time answering my many questions. I was very satisfied with Alex's service and the overall service of Pestend.

    Very disappointing experience

    we suspected mouse infestation and called this company they came and told us there is no mouse infestation in the area that we had concerns only in the furnace room two stories below there may be something . 2 months later we had a burst pipe in the same area that we suspected a problem. we were told by the plummer that the mouse chewed on the pipe ( pictuures attached) called the company . very rude people not only they did not apologize for their mistake they started to bring lame excuses.

    We appreciate that you took the time to voice your concerns and of course we would like to address them. Your original service was done on July 23rd 2018, almost 3 months ago. During the service the only evidence of mice the technician found was one dropping in the furnace room, and accordingly you decided to go ahead with the treatment. Since the treatment date (almost 3 months prior), we did not receive any phone calls or complaints from you regarding the service we provided until now. Moreover, we follow up with all of our customers via email as we did with you on August 3rd and August 28th, but we did not receive any response either times. What we had tried explaining to you over the phone was that mice can comeback, especially as the weather gets colder and they try to make their way inside of homes. That being said, thousands of homes experience mice activity every year, and if it were so simple for mice to chew through water pipes, thousands of homes would experience flooding like yourself. Fortunately, that is not the case, as these pipes are designed to withstand these circumstances. However, in certain cases where pipes are extremely worn out, mice or in most cases rats can chew them. Consequently, as a home owner the maintenance and upkeep of your property is your responsibility. At Pestend we always take full responsibly if we ever fall short on our services, however in this case our technician has done nothing wrong. Best Wishes, Pestend Team

    Mice control

    Pestend Pest Control came to my house the second day I called them. Moe is a very patient and careful guy. He taught us how to close the gaps/holes in the house (mice go through there). It has been almost a month and I did not see any mice droppings since then.

    Pest Control

    We discovered a large wasp nest in our siding and had to have it removed quickly. Pestend was able to dispatch a technician right away. Moe arrived quickly and was friendly and efficient in getting rid of the wasps. I would definitely use and/or recommend his services again.

    Naseer Ahmad was extremely helpful

    We have been having problems at night with itching and not being able to sleep because of it. I called Pestend, and they scheduled a same day service call to check for bed bugs. Naseer Ahmad was very thorough, checking the entire house. No signs of bed bugs. He put covers on our box springs just in case. He called his manager and they both recommended that my husband see a dermatologist to find out the cause. At least we can rest assured that there are no bed bugs thanks to Pestend. Thank you Naseer!

    Pest Control

    We got pest control done at my home from Pestend and my technician, Moe, was so friendly and cooperative with the service. He also provides us extra knowledge regarding the pest control along with his service. It was a pleasure working with him. I really recommend the same to my office colleagues and employer. We are using the Pestend for 3 of our locations as well. Thanks once again Moe, for your service.

    Pest control -mice in kitchen/garage
