    Removal of Mice and Ants

    Fazee was EXCELLENT! Cannot say enough great things about this company. Fazee was extremely professional and was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend for any type of pest removal.

    removal of mice

    We has a problem with a mouse in the kitchen. Tony, the service technician, came shortly after we called and dealt with the problem quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly. We were very pleased with the service we received. Thank you.

    Bed Bugs

    We discovered we had a bed bug problem in early January 2017, and were able to schedule an appointment to have an exterminator from Bed Bug Exterminator Pro/Pestend come by first thing the next morning. Tony did an excellent job. He was very thorough and assured us he could get rid of the problem. In the days that followed the first treatment, I had a number of follow-up questions about how we should be cleaning the apartment, storing our belongings, and other things we should be doing to prepare for the second treatment, and Tony would promptly and thoroughly respond to any questions I sent him via text. About a week after the second treatment, we discovered one bed bug that was still alive and panicked, but Tony, as well as another representative from Pestend who we called, both assured us that the bugs can take a few weeks to die after treatment, and we haven't seen any bugs since. We are over a month out now since first discovering them, so hopefully they're gone for good. But if not, it's reassuring to have the three-month warranty from Pestend. Would definitely recommend their services.

    Bed Bug Removal

    Praful was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns and put me at ease. The bed bugs seem to be gone after the first treatment. He was very thorough and spent extra time on the first treatment to ensure nothing was missed. I highly recommend his services!

    Mice Elimination

    My husband and I bought our house last year and in the Spring we heard scratching noises in the attic. My husband called Pestend to come check out our attic. They found evidence that mice had been there so they informed me how they get rid of them by setting up bait. I was also told that if the mice return within a year that would come back and set up more bait. It's been 8 months and we heard the scratching again. My husband called and they sent their representative, Alex, to come check our attic. He asked questions about what I heard and what time of day and he was informative about what mice usually do. After checking our attic, he saw evidence that the mice had eaten the bait from the last time and that mice had returned. He set up the bait free of charge as part of our warranty.

    Pest Control

    We had an issue with mice, so we called Pestend Pest Control and within a couple hours (during the holidays), our technician Moe arrived to assess the situation. Moe did a thorough investigation of the interior and exterior of our home and was quick to resolve this problem. Thank you Pestend Pest Control for your professionalism and expertise :)

    insect pest control

    Pest Control technician showed up on time both appointments explained in detail what had to be done and how for us to prepare for his visit and how to deal with the situation after he's left he explained in detail until we understood what did was he was using and what effect it might have on our family in all he was very courteous and professional and did not try to upsell us things that we didn't need

    Pharroh Ants Issue in high rise condo

    The company responded to my request promptly. They send a technician, Alex, to my apartment the next morning! I am really satisfied with there responding speed and Alex's professionalism. He was quick to identify the ants type and applied the most effective treatment, instead of simply offering to spray the apartment. I did research afterwards, apparently for pharaoh ants, if you spray the space, the queen will just move to a new location and infest other area, baiting treatment is the way to go. So kudos to Alex. I got 3 month warranty, I was looking for 6 month warranty but they said 3 month is enough for a one-bedroom apartment (space is limit, if they reappear it shouldn't take long). Anyway, my only star reduction was because of this. PS. I purchased over the counter stuff from Canadian tire. The terror bait 6 pack, I think that's the name and they didn't work...

    Mice elimination

    I highly recommend this company to get rid of mice. They provided the service in a timely manner and with good workmanship. Fazee did a great job and went to my house to get the job done on the day and time that I requested.
