    Kitchen countertop

    I would totally recommend Stonex from start to finish. The service exceeded my expectations and the staff was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend. Thank you again

    Quartz Bar tops

    Cut the backsplash wrong, try to modify with a hole saw onsite and broke it, second one fit great. Drilled the holes 90 degrees out for the Keg tap that was sitting right there in front of them, i had to modify my tap. Drilled the hole about 5 mm out from on center to the sink drain.

    installation

    Finished product very good but terrible customer service what there was of it! Phone calls and e-mails not returned, confusion over installation date, some sloppy pre-installation work.

    Bathroom reno

    New quartz counter top exceeded our expectation and changed the appearance of our bathroom. Staff At Stonex from sales to installers were awesome and extremely helpful. we would highly recommed and use for future projects.

    Quartz Kitchen Counter Tops

    We recently did a renovation of our kitchen, and while I was happy and proud to say I did all of the work myself.. when it came to the countertops I needed to call in a professional. I got Victorias name from a friend and she really took great care of us. From 2 visits to their showroom in Woodstock, to letting us bring some samples home, to arranging for measuring to be done and then scheduling the install (which was even done a few days earlier than promised) she was amazing! We love our MSI Calacatta Miraggio Quartz counters!! I have and would continue to recommend Victoria and the team at Stonex Woodstock! Thanks, Ryan in Brantford

    Kitchen and bathroom counter tops, sinks etc

    Great work great install team . Very happy with the way it was completed . They had to pivot a bit but they did and I was very impressed with how they handled it all.

    Bathroom renovation

    Disappointing experience. Would not recommend this company. Bathroom counter was incorrectly cut for tap placement, although sink and taps provided when measurements taken. Installers chipped counter and scratched wall on installation. We were given a goodwill rebate of $100. This company insists on payment, not just a deposit, before work commenced or completed.

    Happy customer

    Ordered in stock quartz counters for kitchen and bathroom Renos. Couldnt be more pleased from the salesperson who was always responsive to my questions and the install process. Each and every employee throughout this process was exceptional to work with. The product is beautiful and quality of finished product superb! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Stoney Creek warehouse.
