I found Addisons website very helpful so called them to inspect a bedroom for bed bugs. Staff was very helpful over the phone and set up an appointment the next morning. Connor was knowledgeable, thorough and put my mind at ease that there were no bed bugs. Another company I called was ready to come out for a costly treatment without even checking if my suspicions were correct. Thanks to Addison Pest Control and Connor.

We had a mouse infestation. Jesse from Addison came out the same day I called, quickly assessed and executed his plan. Jesse was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well as alleviated my tenants concerns. I am extremely happy with the work completed and will not hesitate to recommend Addison in the future.

When I broke out in spots and a doctor said they were bedbug bites, I panicked and called Addison. They quickly set up a visit. Their rep Connor was polite and clearly knowledgeable. In about 45 minutes he was able to show that there are no bedbugs, and my bites were a reaction to carpet mites (he showed me the evidence). My mom's condo has bed bugs. We hired people from different companies to treat again and again. Sometimes we thought they were gone, but after a couple of months they showed up again. This is really, really annoying and my heart is aching when I think of my mom being bitten from time to time. This time I found Addison. They are very patient in answering my questions and scheduled the same day service. Every time before, we had to pack everything into garbage bags, and wash and dry all the clothes and be super careful not to do anything wrong with the details. It is super time consuming and frustrating, leaving you almost nowhere to sleep or walk in the room, because there were bags everywhere! But for Addison, we didn't have to do all these! We just washed and dried the bedding and some clothes close to the bed after the treatment. This way no bug will be mistakenly packed into a garbage bag! I believe this method is so much better than the other companies! Avery, the technician who came to help me, was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is very careful trying to find the bed bugs and finally he found them! I believe the bugs will be gone soon too! I was very frustrated with the bugs and their professional service saved me from the hell. Thank you so much for your help!

Great service! Over the phone I received a thorough explanation of the procedure (more time spent and a more detailed description than any other company), a good quote for indoors & out, and options on how the work could be performed with considerations for pets. Scheduling was simple with next day service, and the work was professional (started on time and was very thorough). A great experience overall.

Contacted Jay. He was super helpful with info. and availability . Made the effort to make our requested appt. times happen, last minute ! Micheal, expert tech, was incredulously patient and knowledgeable. He was willing to travel/inspect two different homes on the same visit. We really appreciated his support and flexibility. Thanks to the Addison crew I am no longer living with stress, anxiety, and terrible allergic reactions. I could never see the insect that was responsible - causing incredible frustration. Within a half an hour the Addison crew identified the culprit and began to educate me about them. Carpet beetles? Never heard of them! Addison does not promote themselves with signs on their vehicles. The crew wears clothing that could be mistaken for painters. I'm sure everyone with a pest problem appreciates their discretion. I want to personally thank Jessie, Connor, Dylan, and Laura. What a pleasure to meet such professionals! They were compassionate, friendly, intelligent, thorough, and unbelievably quick! After a recent hotel stay, we suspected that we had acquired bed bugs in our master bedroom. We called Addison Pest Control, and they came to our house the next day. It took about 5 minutes for him to find the bed bugs. He was very well-spoken and reassured us that he could help. He offered to treat our home that very day, even though it was New Years' Eve! This company uses a combination of localized heat and generalized spray throughout the house (baseboards, undersides of furniture, beds). We were worried about toxicity, since we have children, so he gave us time to research, and at our request did careful inspections of the baby's bed instead of spraying it. We were not sure that it would work. 12 days after treatment we found one dead bed bug on the carpet beside the bed. We have not seen anything since; it is now 3 months since we had treatment. This company's method worked for us. We have a large house: 2500 sq ft. The whole house had to be treated to get the company's guarantee, hence the hefty price tag. But it was worth it. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Sent an inquiry through their website at 10pm and Jay emailed back and called within 15 mins. He scheduled an appointment for the next morning, arrived on time, and was BEYOND helpful. Luckily we are in the clear and Jay assured us and educated us. I would recommend Addison to anyone I know. (I believe several companies would have tried to sell me a treatment that I didn't need, however, Jay was very honest) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I spoke to Avery with what I thought was a bed bug infestation. He thoroughly investigated my place and patiently answered all my questions. Luckily, there was no bugs found, however he assured me if there were any in the future, I could reach out to him. Very professional and knowledgeable about bugs. Would recommend.
