    Back yard renovation with pergola, new grass and gardens

    Taylor did a great design, had great ideas and was very accommodating. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and was easy to to work with. The crew were a great bunch and also very accommodating. We did feel the plants could have been of a better quality and the installation of the plants might have been better. All in all we are very satisfied.

    Short Walkway And Some Maintenance

    Back to install a short pathway that ties into our original front walls project from years ago, as well as do some warranty work to rel-level a couple of steps that sank (it was installed where we had to perform some waterproofing). The usual great job, pleasant service AND they honor their warranty commitments. Thanks Jeremy, Ofer and John - again!

    What a Job!!!

    I hired Land Con to landscape my front and backyard. They sent over their designer Taylor, who was by far one of the most creative and knowledgeable people I have met when it comes to design. The team at Land Con walked us through the proses and made it easy. They transformed our yard into something breathtaking!! There was constant communication, and never made it uncomfortable to ask questions. We now spend all our time in the yard!! . I would recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape project

    Landscaping Project / Driveway & Walkway Interlock, Front Porch & Stairs, Backyard Deck, and Sod, Soft Landscaping base prep.

    We had a fair size project completed this July-August 2019 revamping the outdated front of the house and backyard landscaping. We tendered the job out and hired Land Con Ltd. for the project dealing with Ofer direct. Their quote was reasonable, a company with solid work record and experience, good response and clear in their bid and negotiations. They did full replacement of the driveway base and pavers & walkways pavers, new trench drain, front porch & stairs replacement, backyard deck renovation, hot tub concrete pad, sod, soft landscaping base prep, etc. The owner had his crews and subs well organized, he kept communication going, updating us with every step of construction and accommodating my schedule for early site meetings. Kudos guys for the good work and organization, some minor hiccups along the way due to rush to move ahead with schedule which were immediately looked after or some material delays which as a construction guy myself I know they're normal in this type of construction in the busy summer time. Last but not the least, the many "eyes in the sky" checking :) …... the grandma says hello to guys………..they have done an exceptional work, good quality and within the agreed timeframe. The whole team was great and professional starting with Chance, the "speedy" Simeon, Shain for drawings, all guys in general and especially Arthur, your stellar carpenter that amazed everyone with his work. Our finished project looks beautiful and happy with the overall experience. Keep it up guys! One last thing most people looking only for cheap prices forget and, Land Con Ltd. I think stands tall amongst competitors; ………. it is their robust Warranty on the Work, their multitier, one, two and five year warranty is one of the best in the market. Looking forward to enjoy our investment for years to come knowing Land Con Ltd. is there to look after their job if anything needs to be tuned up. Ilir & Val - Clanton Park, Toronto

    a capable and knowledgeable contractor

    Working with Land-Con gave me a very joyful experience, knowledgeable, creative and professional. the most important impression is about the plan and execution. Good equipped team allows them to carry out a good quality.

    Concrete deck

    Jeremy Lerner at Land-Con Ltd took charge of the project, which went smoothly and abided by all contract criteria. From timely estimates (no one else did this out of 12 candidates) that were patiently provided, to job management, solution of unexpected problems and mint service by two crews (excavation and concrete laying), Land-Con Ltd came through professionally and with zero hassles. Could not have found a better contractor!

    Front Yard Walkway and Irrigation

    Land-Con completed our front yard walkway, irrigation and sprinklers and refaced our front porch with natural stone. They also repoured some old sinking concrete steps at the back of our property and faced those with stone. At our first meeting, Jeremy provided great and honest advice that ended up saving us money. From that first meeting with Jeremy to the completion of the job, the entire team at Land-Con were some of the most competent and professional contractors that we’ve ever dealt with. Jeremy visited the site daily and reviewed the work for quality. He worked with our schedule and phased the work to suit our needs. His guys were on the job 7am sharp every single day and were incredibly hardworking and diligent. We’ve very happy with the results and have gotten plenty of complements from neighbors. We will be redoing our backyard area in the near future and will be using Land-Con again without hesitation.

    Landscape - Pattern Concrete

    We were interested in stamped concrete and started our research early in the spring. It was very difficult to find contractors to come out and most of them did not even return our calls. For those who did, either they considered our job to be too small or their price was outrageously high. We were lucky when Jeremy from Land Con returned our call and was willing to come out to give us a quote. Shain came to visit us for the design and consultation. Shain was very patient with us as we worked together on a design based on our vision. He offered excellent suggestions and provided us with a detailed design of the work that would be done. Once the design was finalized, Jeremy sent his crew to carry out the work that needed to be done. His crew was professional; each day the site was left clean and safe. We kept in touch with Jeremy throughout the process and he kept us informed as to when his crew would be on site next and what task they would be accomplishing. My questions, there were many as this this was the first time were having this type of work done, were responded to promptly and thoroughly by Jeremy. The end result was amazing! Jeremy and his crew worked above and beyond exceeding our expectations. . We were thoroughly pleased with the work performed by Land Con. We would highly recommend Land Con to anyone who is interested in hardscaping/landscaping.

    AMAZING BACKYARD JOB

    I recently hired Land Con to do a landscape project for my backyard. It consisted of a 2 tiered composite deck and a stone patio. They also did my front yard last year. I had them come back and do the back because of the great work and organization of the company. The subcontractors worked together seamlessly, while doing exceptional work. Jeremy kept everything well organized with the subs as well as keeping me informed every step of the way with daily site visits. He would take me outside and show me everything that was going on and never made me feel uncomfortable to ask any questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape project in the future as I know I would for sure have them come back if I ever need anything else.

    Landscape project including excavation, interlock, flagstone and sod

    I am very happy with the work done by Land-Con. They are admittedly on the higher end in terms of cost but the one-stop service, responsive project management and quality workmanship left me feeling satisfied with the price in the end, especially with their guarantee. They listened to what I wanted and took care of everything from materials to clean up. I would use them again for sure.
