Elie showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and personable. Before doing anything, he reviewed my options with me and allowed me to make the final decisions. He was quick and I'm very satisfied with the work done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Elie was recommended by a friend. I contacted him through Instagram and he was very quick to respond. He tried to help me initially via telephone to avoid a trip if it was something simple like tightening. He came to my home downtown Toronto and finished the job quickly. He also gave me tips on on to avoid problems in my bathroom sink and bathtub. I also got a text the next morning to remind me to run hot water for 5 minutes in my kitchen sink. Our upstairs drains were plugged - baths, sinks etc. Elie came first thing in the morning and fixed everything quickly. He was personable, friendly and informative, and we will call him again when we need a plumber.

I contacted Elie on June 23/16 in hopes he would give me a reasonable quote. He told me the exact amount for coming out and for the work. He was very flexible and honest over the telephone. He came to do the work on June 25/16 and took less than an hour. He won't stretch out the time to get more money out of you, or deceive you into replacing everything. Elie is extremely resourceful and explains to you what he is doing. Do NOT cheap out on this type of work. Elie provided a high quality job. I will recommend him to others, and will call him again for future business!

I love Elie!! I've been having problems with my toilet for months, and nobody could figure out the problem. Before he came, he analyzed the situation thoroughly, recommended that I start fresh with a fool proof toilet, explained exactly what I needed and why, even pointed me to a Lowe's sale to save me money, then came and met me the next day to do the work. He immediately identified the source of the problem, kept the workspace clean, was professional, prompt, responsive and fixed my problem. What more could I ask for?

Located in South Hill, Toronto we ordered a Kohler toilet from Watermark. We asked for a plumber with experience with Kohler products and Elie was selected from a list. He made himself available as soon as the product was shipped and ready for installation. He did a good job at a reasonable price.
