Needed an all new water treatment system and a sink fix after buying a new home. They were fast in responding, fast in booking the time to do the work and installed an amazing system properly the first time! And followed up a week later just to make sure everything was actually done properly. Christian was friendly, professional and efficient with his crew. I recommend these guys without a second thought!!!

Called Elie, owner of The Plumbing Expert for a quote. We were in mid renovation on our basement apartment when we realized we needed to have our pipes inspected for cracks etc. Our renovation had to proceed as planned so we were hoping for someone to come to take a look ASAP. Elie was able to provide a fair quote and sent his Plumbers to inspect the following day. The plumbers who came to scope and treat the pipes were punctual and professional - would recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Elie and his team did a fantastic job installing our kitchen faucets. They wore protective boot covers and took great care while working in our home. We have used the Plumbing expert for our plumbing needs and they have provided us with outstanding service. It’s hard to find Plumbing Company in Orangeville that have so much knowledge and professionalism.

When is a good time for a plumbing problem? Never. So Friday afternoon our shower handle snaps and the only way to stoop the water is to turn off the supply to the home. That’s convenient start to one of the last weekends of the summer.... like I planned on hanging around the house anyway... not! So we were referred to Plumbing Expert Mechanical Service by a friend., so we gave them a call,... We got the part, they arrived as planned within. A couple hours. Yes, really on a Friday afternoon... The rep was polite, respectful and informative with his direction on how we should proceed. We followed the recommended approach, he completed the repair/install-and just like that we were done! Invoices for the amount quoted which I happily paid online. Simply stated, we could not have possibly had a better outcome, all completed on a Friday afternoon...

I had a great experience with Ellie and his team. They are highly professional. I know I have a curious mind and all my questions were addressed right from the beginning till the end. Ellie takes a great pride for his work and extremely passionate to help his customers. Very, very prompt in responses; you text him on insta and just on blink of eyes you will hear back from him. In the construction industry, where lots of contractors are not trustworthy, I am glad people like him working hard to keep customers faith alive. I hired them for plumbing and HVAC services. He sent two trucks with 3 professionals who arrived on time, understood the scope / concerns and worked magic. Everything was super transparent and top-notch quality. Highly recommend them any day! I found these guys to be very responsive. From the time I first found these guys on homestars, it took less than 24 hours for Ellie to contact me and arrange a site visit. They showed up exactly ontime and were polite and professional the entire time. They booked the work for the following week and again showed up exactly ontime. After my booster pump was installed it started leaking really bad (no fault of the contractor - it was a manufacturing defect in the pump) - I contacted Ellie and although it was not his fault, apologized profusely and sent a repair team first thing in the morning to replace the pump. This is a stand-up company and an owner who stands behind his work. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys, thanks for looking after us and for being professional and very customer service oriented - GREAT WORK! PS: The air compressor system you install for us is working flawlessly - love it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
