    computer repair

    May outlook was in disarray, with the provider not being able to offer support. Of course, Amir managed to eliminate the issues and my e-mails are being delivered to my inbox once again. I am so thankful for Amir and his expertise.

    Desktop & Laptop Repair

    My HP desktop had some major issues and wouldn't run properly. I called to book an appointment and Amir came to my home within 48 hours. He did a full diagnostic and clean up, and after he was finished he walked me through all the issues he found, the work he did to fix it, and recommendations for future. I was very impressed; he is very skilled and professional. After this, I asked him to review my MSI laptop that was having audio issues. He determined it was not repairable for a reasonable price, so he wrote me a letter to submit to Visa for an insurance/warranty claim. Thanks to Amir's helpful letter, Visa issued me a full refund of $1200+ to replace my laptop. Thanks so much for all your help. I definitely recommend hiring Super Tech for any computer repair needs you have.

    WiFi extended

    I needed the WiFi extended in my home as I had many cold spots. Amir gave me the name of a few extender options to buy and who had the best price. I purchased it at Best Buy and he came to my home and installed it properly, finding the best locations in my home to put the extenders. We now have amazing WiFi in all areas of our home and Amir was great. He made sure that all TV's, computers speakers, printers etc... was hooked up to the new WiFi. I had Super Tech come on a Saturday which was off hours, so I paid a premium but worth it with everyone working from home during the week. This was my second time using Amir and I will continue to use Super Tech for all my computer and tech needs.

    Excellent Remote Tech Service during COVID

    If you're having computer issues during COVID, I would highly recommend Amir at Supertechteam for a remote trouble-shooting and solving session. My Dad was having trouble with his Bell sympatico email - problems that neither I nor Bell could fix. The only solution was to move him to a new email account. But this was a daunting prospect as he wanted to move all his folders from his old account to his new account, with almost 10 years of saved emails. Thankfully, Amir came to the rescue. He helped us migrate the Bell account to a new email address, activated a forwarding function so new emails arriving at the old address would be automatically forwarded to the new one, and created a message to advise users of Dad's new email address. We then booked a second session with Amir to have him scan Dad's computer for malware and ensure he has adequate protection as I was concerned Dad was clicking on things he shouldn't. All of this was done remotely without exposing my elderly, immunocompromised Dad to any health risk. Amir was patient, knowledgeable, efficient and repeatedly gave us excellent guidance through the process. I would highly recommend Amir and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

    Repair of damaged USB ports;configuration of new printer

    My computer was inoperable due to damage to my USB ports. On the day that I phoned Supertech, Amir came picked up the computer and returned it the next day in perfect working order. He phoned each time to let me know when he was on the way. He also configured a new printer to two devices. I originally used Supertech 5 years ago when Amir assembled a desktop computer for me. It is working perfectly and because of the quality of the components used (including a solid state hard drive) the speed of the computer now is comparable to when I first bought it!!!

    computer service

    had dead PC (old) on a Sunday and i emailed them. Amir responded on Sunday and called Monday morning. Amir came to home about 2 hours later about 2 hours later. problem was found and Amir gave me options. for my needs the best option was to purchase a new used PC. I now have a newer and much faster PC working very well;with new software. Amir was polite prompt and professional and fairly priced. I would recommend them anytime

    IT Support

    There are times when one comes a service provider that is skilled, extremely competent, personable and responsive. Amir is one such individual. I'm delighted to recommend him and his team. He has worked with me for a number of years and has helped us out of some very difficult circumstances. I have always found him exceedingly trustworthy, he does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. His quotes are always spot on and I find his fees reasonable. He has provided IT support services tomy office as well as at home and I strongly encourage you to consider working with him.

    Home office computer set up and networking

    Amir has helped us a couple times with our home office including desktop computer purchase, set up and networking. I would highly recommend his services. He is quick with responding to questions and provides good advice.

    computer support

    Running a small business from home would be impossible without the support of Amir at Super Tech Team. He is extremely knowledgeable, up to date on a wide range of technologies and software and works until the problem is solved. He answers all questions with detail and patience and gives reliable and helpful advice. He is friendly, prompt to reply and able to deal with any challenge thrown his way.
