    Kitchen Reno

    Trish our very bubbly & friendly designer impressed us from the first meeting. We received 3 quotes for our kitchen reno which involved knocking out a load bearing wall to open up kitchen to its max potential. Both Trish & her contractor Jay came out to check out our existing kitchen. Very pleased with the design Trish provided, & Jay provided a very thorough 3 page quote on demolition & scope of all work that needed to be done to get kitchen ready for cabinetry. They won our business hands down. Just dropped off our deposit!

    Kitchen Renovation

    We just completed our kitchen renovation with The Wright Kitchen and cannot be more pleased! After getting countless quotes and plans for our kitchen renovation we decided to get one more from Shelli at The Wright Kitchen and we are so happy we did. She came to our house, listened to our needs and came up with three great plans within a week of meeting us. The plan we went with maximized our space perfectly and looks fantastic. The cupboards are excellent quality, so much better than the cupboards we would have gotten from one of the other companies we originally thought we would go with. The cabinet installers, Kevin and Art, were amazing and paid so much attention to detail. The trim work they did was beautiful and our kitchen looks outstanding. As for Shelli's professionalism, it is top notch. She emailed back answers to all of our many questions almost immediately and gave us great advice on what we should do in our space. We were also extremely happy with our contractor, Phil, who was referred to us by Shelli as well as his electrician Len. The quality of the work they did (along with their crew) was excellent and was completed on time. Shelli also referred us to Royal Stone for our Caesarstone countertops. Alice and Janice were so helpful and our quartz counters are gorgeous. Our kitchen renovation was on-time, on budget and completely stress-free. Shelli and her team took care of every last detail and overall it was a great experience. If you are thinking of renovating your kitchen, I highly recommend The Wright Kitchen- you will not be disappointed.

    Kitchen renovation

    After five years of hating our kitchen and main floor, we decided to renovate! Our project was a complete gut of the main floor which included removing two structural walls and changing the layout of the kitchen. We were referred to Shelli at Wright Kitchens by our neighbor who had recently completed a kitchen renovation and was thrilled with the service at WK. We could gush for hours about Shelli and her dedication to her customers. Overall, we would strongly recommend WK for the following reasons: 1. Quality: The cabinets are amazing, as are the crown molding, finishing touches, etc. We purchased solid wood cabinets and could not be more pleased with the cabinets. 2. Design/attention to detail: Shelli's design maximized the space we had available and even found a way for us to have the island we wanted. Her attention to detail is unparalleled- she thought of the functionality of the layout, suggested we move things around, and really took the time to understand us and our needs. 3. Customer service: we had a hiccup through the installation process due to the number of contractors in and out of our home and Shelli was there to support us. She also stopped by during the installation to make sure things were going well. All in all, after seeing kitchen renovations go horribly awry, our was that much easier due to Shelli's support and insight.

    Kitchen renovation

    We recently renovated our kitchen. We met Shelli from Wright Kitchen at the Burlington home show and felt a good rapport. She helped with a great design and many revisions until we all felt it was perfect . She was detail oriented and patient with our many changes. The cabinets that were supplied by Wright are top quality, and the installers were fantastic. The contractor recommended by Wright was very good, and had all the work ready for the installation date. The flooring, counters and tile suppliers recommended by Wright were also excellent. This was a major renovation to a 50 year old house, and has changed our entire home. This was our first Major renovation and all the details orchestrated by Wright Kitchen were excellent. Would highly recommend this company for a kitchen Reno.

    Kitchen Cabinets

    We wanted to completely renovate a 25 year old, small kitchen and so we checked out several cabinet suppliers from large retailers to smaller custom suppliers. We had an estimated budget for the project and even the cabinets. The cabinets seemed like the only controllable cost on our research and so we wanted to get that right based on design, layout, quality of construction and with an emphasis on Canadian made product. Based on visiting several suppliers and getting estimates, and design ideas we settled on The Wright Kitchen of Burlington. We met and connected with the designer, Trish and found a connection with her. While the price was higher than the low end supplier, it was less than the local "high end cabinet suppliers" and provided tongue and groove drawers, moldings and solid construction from their supplier in Winnipeg. Her design filled all of our needs and worked well within the limitations of our space. We negotiated an acceptable price, payment and delivery based on our having our own contractor who was doing the complete kitchen renovation, do the install. We ere advised within a few days of placing the order of the delivery date, which was met. The week of the planned arrival date we were contacted to arrange a day and time for the cabinets to arrive. The delivery truck arrived with the cabinets at the exact hour that was promised. Our contractor unpacked all cabinets and they were in perfect condition. Installation went well with the layout provided by Wright Kitchens being bang on. No calls had to be made to Wright. All items in the drawings came along with touch up paint if required. The cabinet installation took one person approximately 2 to 3 days to complete, and the results were outstanding. Our designer also provided us with the name of a counter top supplier and helped negotiate a great price on the Caesarstone counters that were installed a week later. All in all a great experience working with Trish and Wright Kitchen od Burlington.

    Kitchen cabinets

    The cabinets are awesome - Wright distributes for Choice Cabinet out of Ohio and I highly recommend the cabinets. Price for cabinets was good, especially for solid wood. Staff at the Wright Kitchen, however, was not. We gave the designer carte blanche and a few weeks later he returned with the IDENTICAL layout to our current kitchen! After multiple attempts to get him to listen, we ended up designing it ourselves (and it looks great, so that's a relief). Piles of delays that appeared to be related to the staff forgetting to do things (e.g., took months after the rest of the cabinets were installed for the cabinet glass to come in). Very poor listening skills, eventually resorted to only email communication in hopes that that would work better. Not really. But they were very on top of ensuring I paid in full the second the cabinets were delivered - in spite of knowing I was away on vacation and in spite of me having paid half up front, they couldn't wait for 3 days until I got home and hounded me on my cell phone incessantly. We had heard bad reviews about their installers so we hired our own guy to do the installation and I think that was a very good call. Therefore, I definitely recommend the cabinets, but I would personally never hire the Wright Kitchen for anything again.

I recall your project and remember that the design of your kitchen was very limited by the size of the space, the location and size of your doorways and windows and the required location of appliances. I think the end result was very nice and agree that you were able to come up with some ideas that make the space work for you. I think it is unfair of you put all of the issues and challenges on this project in our corner, but do agree that things could have been managed better. I think that had we managed the contracting and installation for you - you would have had a much better experience. As far as your issue with payment - on projects that we are not doing the installation, we absolutely require payment in full for the product on delivery. I hope you enjoy your new kitchen and am pleased that you are happy with the cabinets. Remember that Choice cabinets come with a limited lifetime warranty.     Kitchen Renovation

    I can not say enough wonderful things about The Wright Kitchen. From design to finish, they were great. I do not have a single complaint and recommend them without hesitation. Shelli (my designer) was unbelievable. Patient (with my endless questions), extremely helpful (helped with all the details to make the kitchen come together), a great designer (the only designer I met with that listened and designed a kitchen that I wanted), punctual and honest. She was able to integrate everything that I wanted in our new kitchen. She was always upfront with costs and there were no hidden surprises (the final cost matched what we were quoted). Shelli thought of everything, which significantly reduced the stress and worry of renovating our kitchen. She is truly the best!!!! Kevin (our installer) cleaned up thoroughly before he left at night, was polite, punctual, and great at what he does. The little things he did really made our kitchen beautiful. When the kitchen was done, the Wright Kitchen pro-actively called for a walk through to make sure we were happy with everything. Jason came over and fixed things I didn't even see. He too was extremely polite and thorough. I can not say enough about The Wright Kitchen. They are FANTASTIC!! If you are doing a kitchen, I strongly recommend them. I LOVE our new kitchen, it is beautiful, functional and everything I had hoped for!!

    Kitchen cabinets

    We are very impressed with The Wright Kitchen products and services. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. The products are solid wood and well made. I would recommend them to anyone!
