We needed to have our railings removed in order to have our stairs refinished. No one we contacted wanted to touch them for fear of breaking them. Leo was the only one who stated he could do the job. Leo went above and beyond what we expected. He removed and reinstalled the railings with ease. He even touched up the paint and reinforced the pickets. Very professional and efficient. I telephoned Leo from the listing on Homestars, telling him I had a broken railing on the stairs such that it was a safety hazard. Leo stated he would come by in a couple of hours to look at the job, which he did. Because it was indeed a safety issue, Leo offered to stay and fix it on the spot. He was knowledgeable about how to fix the metal support to the railing, efficient and professional such that, what I had envisioned as a major replacement job he recognized as a minor repair. With some welding and his expert know-how the railing is now strong,sturdy and safe. Thanks Leo. We need more contractors of your calibre in the industry. Leo did a fantastic job of installing and designing our new railings. He was particularly helpful in coming up with solutions for retrofitting the new railings into the existing staircase. Worth every penny. Showed up on time, went above and beyond the call of duty. Very professional. Thanks Leo.

Leo was one of very few people who were willing to repair the wobbly railings at my parents' home - all others wanted to completely replace the railings at a considerably higher cost. He gave 3 options (all were reasonably priced), explained the benefits of each and recommened one of the lower priced options. We ended up going with the middle option and he went in and fixed the stairs almost like new. He also installed a new set of railings in my basement and gave me a price based on photos and measurements I provided. And the work was excellent. Leo is great to deal with. I would absolutely recomend him for new installations or repairs.

Leo added railings were they did not exist in our home and resurfaced our old stairs. After reading the reviews by other clients before writing this, I am in complete agreement with the consistency of the comments. Leo is exceptional! His work is excellent. He pays very close attention to details and does not cut corners. He does work to perfection as if he were doing the work on his own home. He maintains a very clean work area. I was very impressed by how he prepared the work area to ensure that the house remained clean. He cleaned up after his work as well. He is a very pleasant person to talk to and has great suggestions, as well as really values your input and wants you to be happy. I am very impressed with the excellent work and would highly recommend Gmano Railings!

Leo was very professional in giving me a frim quote in advance for the work after seeing photos & talking to me. He came & did the job perfectly & promptly & even vacumed up the drywall/cement dust after! He managed to totally repair & reinforce a railing that had failed on 2 earlier attempts by others.

Leo is a very nice guy!! Out of all the companies that came out to give me a quote on replacing the spindles with metal ones, he was by far the one I felt most comfortable with. He was very competitively priced and realistic about the timeframe and stuck to his word! He also gave me the # of someone who could sand and stain my stairs, they turned out to be very reasonably priced also and Leo worked with them to coordinate the job. He cleaned everything up after a long day of work. I was very happy with the entire project and have Leo to thank!!! Great job!! I would definitely recommend Gmano Railings!!!

My wife and I were delighted to know that Leo does small jobs with the same level of commitment of a big job. It was a pleasant surprise to deal with such professional who made us feel confident in his knowledge from the start.
