    Condo painting

    Jeff is both a very good painter and a very good person. He's trustworthy and a pleasure to have in our home. His work is excellent and he goes out of his way to be helpful. He is also patient. We will miss having him around! That says a lot about a painter.

    Painting

    Jeff McDonald did a fabulous job painting our kitchen, family room and a bedroom. Two of the rooms required a lot of detail and he exceeded expectations. Jeff has high standards for his work and does not leave until the job is 100% done well. Very pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend him for painting work.

    Painting interior of home

    Jeff did an excellent job of painting the foyer, upstairs/downstairs hallways, living room and kitchen of our home. His attention to detail in preparing the walls and skill in painting resulted in a beautiful result that we are very pleased with. We appreciated his friendly manner and the prompt service provided and will definitely hire him again for any future projects.

    Interior Paiting

    We hired jeff from McDonald painting to paint our bedrooms and bathrooms in our house. Could not be any happier. The painting quality is A+. Jeff did a wonderful job and the preparation, painting and cleanup were excellent. Already hired back for our garage door and phase 2 the downstairs. Highly highly recommended.

    Interior painting

    Anyone looking for an exceptional painter, interior or exterior, we would highly recommend Jeff. He is professional, punctual, friendly and does extremely good work. He did more than we had originally negotiated, at no extra cost.

    Painting

    This was a rush job! Jeff was very accommodating with a start date and worked hard to complete this interior/exterior project as quickly as possible. He also applied his handyman skills and completed some much needed drywall repairs. Easy-to-work with, thorough, and competitively-priced, I would recommend Jeff without any hesitation!

    Interior painting

    We are impressed by the high calibre of Jeff's work. The previous owner of our house did not go gently on walls: I have never seen so many nail holes in walls as we had! Add dark colours and unusual wall textures... our walls needed a lot of work. Jeff did a heroic job in patching and painting our living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, foyer, kitchen, closets, popcorn ceilings plus every single windowframe in the house. Given all the prep work needed, we were surprised at how fast he completed the job with high quality. It is a pleasure to work with Jeff. We appreciate his realistic advice, flexibility, and patience; as we did all sorts of "bad client" things (er, sorry again for changing the dining room colour the night before you started!). Excellent detail and clean-up: highly recommended for a stress-free experience... and great looking finished job!

    Interior painting - walls & trim

    Wow...the best contracting experience I've had by far, from beginning to end. When Jeff stopped by to give us a quote, he took the time to listen and really flesh out what we wanted; followed up with a detailed email and quote and made the process of selecting paint type & colour and agreeing on a time frame painless; the work was done while we were away and we returned from our trip to a beautifully painted main floor and no sign of any tools, dust, or mess of any kind. Cut lines were perfect, nail holes were filled, gaps were caulked ... it felt like we came home to a new house. Thanks!

    Main Floor Painting

    I listed my home for sale and hired Jeff to paint it in time for my open house. He painted most of the walls in our main living spaces and took the time to touch up all my baseboards and trim. Jeff finished on time and did a great job.

    paint baseboards + corner touch ups

    Jeff completed another top notch job in our home. His pride in workmanship is evident from set up, to having all the tools for the job and his vaccum cleanup before leaving. He went beyond the quoted work to help with colour match for a wall that I was trying to do myself - he patched, sanded and repainted it too, He is unfailingly patient, helpful and a terrific painter.
