    low hot water pressure

    Good service, took long to diagnose the problem. But was eventually fixed. The hot water pressure was low and we were unable to get hot water in our showers or taps.

    kitchen drain clean

    Upon a recommend we called MrSwirl. The responder did not state your minimum ,rate of $ 388.00, Had she ,we would have done due diligence and contacted others in the drain/plumbing industry before requesting the service. We did after receiving the bill, and have learned that two other well know plumbing/drainage firms set fee, are one half to one third less than your set fee of $ 388. Their fees for after the initial one hour were less than $ 100.00 per hour. The service call of l hour and 15 minutes was $ 440.11, including a $ 5.00 part, and a $ 38.00 gal. of drain cleaner, and taxes. We disputed what we felt was an excessive charge, and it has been reduced to our joint agreement.

    bathroom renovation/modernization

    my bathroom renos turned out perfect and look "marvelous". Shawn was a very nice, pleasant man to have in our house. My only negative remark is in the scheduling as my renos should have been scheduled for a whole day. Instead of arriving between 8 and 10 he got here in the afternoon; the next day he didn't get here at all and the third day he was scheduled to come here first and I got up early expecting him at 8 but it was after 8:30 when he got here. Do not put too much weight on these negative remarks as the outcome was great. Sharon

    replace toilet replaced valve

    Daniel from Mr. Swirl came to replace my toilet. He was courteous, efficient and saw the problem valve immediately. I was pleased with the service. I should have been given a quote for the whole job of replacing the toilet as it was a special offer but Daniel gave me a quote before he started which was appreciated. I would have liked the old toilet to have been taken to the North Vancouver District recycling but that was going to cost as much as the rebate

    septic tank pumpout

    I called Mr. Swirl to come out and clean out 2 septic tanks on my mother's property. They offered to come on on the next Wednesday. The phone service was very pleasant and helpful and the driver who came out for the job was courteous and did a thorough job.

    install new toilet

    Daniel from Mr. Swirl came in today, June 10, 2011 after lunch and installed the new toilet purchased from RONA to replace our old toliet with broken tank. Job well done.

    fixed leak

    daniel from mr.swirl came out right on time which was great, explained everything he was doing and what the problems were and did a great job and it was all done alot sooner than i thought .

    Drain where blocked in sink and bathrooms

    i had a problem with my draininer in my sink and my bathrooms daniel from Mr. Swirl came out and was just awsome at his job and was very good at customer servies with me and i would have him back again thanx Mr. Swirl

    Toilet plugged up

    We had a toilet that was plugged up. Shawn out tech checked it out and recommend that the toilet should be replaced as out parts needed to be replaced. Did a nice job of replacing the toilet. Took longer to get to our house to check on the problem then we were told but was given a call back to let us know about the delay. Overall very happy with the service and price.

    Plumbing repairs

    We received excellent quality work performed by a very polite and professional by our Mr. Swirl technician. He was on time, and did 4 repairs for exactly what he quoted. I'll definitely hire them again.
