    unplug the drains that had a massive blockage

    Daniel came out to unplug our massive blockage, and he was professional and courteous and it took him little time to unplug the mess. Daniel cleaned up and left no hint that he was here! Often there is a mess left but we are extremely pleased with his service.

    Fixing leaky shower pipe

    What can we say? We just bought a place which had a small leaky shower problem. We found Mr. Swirls contact, and favorable reviews online. Shawn came out to address this non urgent problem within a couple hours... we were really impressed. With that, he also gave us a courtesy thorough home inspection which in hind sight, is another level of home inspection we wish we’d also done before removing subjects. We just bought an older home so I highly encourage getting a professional plumber like Mr. Swirl to do drain tile, and plumbing inspection on top of your regular home inspection. Shawn discovered a small crack in the foundation which was starting to leak which he suspected was due to a failure in the drain title system. The next day, they came out with their camera equipment which confirmed the collapsed drain tile system. It’s going to be an expensive job (which they also do) unfortunately but the level of work needed to be done here is extensive. This is something that could have been written in the subject and factored as a condition to adjust pricing… if only we knew. Regardless, the professionalism, knowledge and skill demonstrated by Shawn and Mr. Swirl has left us impressed.

    Replace kitchen faucet fixture; stabilise countertop area it is attached to.

    Leaking water over time damaged the countertop. Fixture replaced; plumber had to be 'creative' in securing it, but it still resulted in a new fixture - with no leaks that was securely attached. Prior work by this company was also done to a high standard with expected good results. I don't hestitate to call them again should I need,; or to recommend them.

    water leak in toilet line

    Daniel Dunsford came in ahead of scheduled time to fix our problem he was very courteous and efficient and we were very happy with his service. We would definitely be happy to see him again if we have a problem.

    Sump pump back up..eeeewwww

    Myself and senior mother dwnstrs panicing when water flooding furnace room and bathtub filling with sewage...Daniel came asap from earlier job, lterally cleaned and diagnosed problem without what could have been full replacement from dishonest workers as I have experienced in the past. He was fast, honest and I dont know how he does what he does everyday. I am an owner of a real estate corporation and will, without hesitation recommend Daniel (Mr.Swirl) to any agent in or out of my office when they or their clients need a plumber referral. THANKYOU!

    Leaky toilets

    Both the toilets in my house were leaking; one from the water supply valve and the other from the tank. Chris, the technician, came within the time frame arranged, diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the necessary parts, and came back to finish the job. All within 2 hours. I was happy with the service. This is my first time using Mr. Swirl, and I would use them again.

    Toilet Trouble!

    Chris from Mr. Swirl was very knowledgeable and solved a 7 year old recurring flushing problem with the toilet in the guest bathroom. Chris was very helpful, polite and friendly and was definitely an expert in his field. Thanks for all the help.

    Blocked Tub Drain

    I called Mr.Swirl to fix my blocked tub drain and very happy they were able to send someone out the same day. That was excellent customer service because usually you get someone out 2 days later with other companies, and the situation is usually always an emergency, so you need someone out right away. I've used Mr.Swirl over about 5 years and they continue to be fast, professional, and always get the job done. Brenden did a great job. Thank-you!

    Hot Water Tank Install

    Bought tank at Rona and they contract out to Mr Swirl- had them come the next day for install on a much bigger tank and very tight spaces. The installer was very quiet, polite and just went down to work and completed it in a timely manner and with no mess. Great local company that phones to let you know when they will be by. Great job by all.

    major block in main drain leading to unit

    From the friendly personal that awnswered the phone ,to the plumber that came to perform the work it a was a great experience. The employee Daniel was very professional and did the job well, and with knowledge. We have used Mr Swirl before and will continue to use them in the future.
