    badly blocked toilet

    I had a very badly blocked old toilet that would not resolve by plunging. Called Mr Swirl and Daniel was here within 1 hour and solved my problem very nicely. He advised me as to why I was having so many problems with it and he came the next morning and replaced thre toilet for me. I am very pleased with the service - so prompt and very pleasant. Thank You Daniel !

    Leaking drain pipe

    We had a leak in the pipe that carried waste water from the kitchen sink and dishwasher to the main drain. It was an old cast iron pipe, probably from when the house was originally built in the 1950s, so it was not only leaking, it had an ugly build up of 60 years worth of "stuff". Daniel from Mr. Swirl showed up when they said he would. He was polite and pleasant, gave us what we thought was a reasonable estimate, and set to work. It was an ugly job but he didn't complain! It took him 4 1/2 hours, including a trip to pick up additional parts, but the job was completed the same day and now we have new pipes and a quick draining kitchen sink.

    blocked kitchen sink

    The kitchen sink was blocked at the main. Daniel from Mr. Swirl came out to fix the blocked drain. Easter Sunday...so glad to find a plumber. Very pleasant and nice young man.

    Garborator Install New

    The service technician was punctual, polite and appeared to know his work. It was not an easy install, but he took the time to do the job as it should be done and went out of his way to ensure that the proper parts were installed. When he was unable to complete the job on his first try, he returned the next day as promised and completed the work. He then took the time to thoroughly test his work. The price that was quoted was the price charged.

    replace toilet

    Your representative arrived at my home well within the time frame given and performed the work quickly and to my satisfaction and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Chris for your time.

    Main Drain Clearing

    Called Mr. Swirl late in the evening for an emergency plumbing job. The gentleman was there in an hour, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend this company.

    Plumbing clean out

    I had a flood in our downstairs kitchen.Was beyond my help so i called Mr Swirl & Drain Cleaning.......i got a very friendly voice on the other side named Angela who was very helpful in my moment of a crisis.She was able to book a plumber on the same day. And Shawn showed up and went straight to work to unplug my messy plugged sink.Also he put in a proper clean out if it happens again.......caused by my garborator he informed me. All is working awsome.Very happy new customer! Al Goodrich

    Emergency plumbing repair

    I have used Mr. Swirl plumbing services since they first went in to business. This was an emergency plumbing repair and once again, the job was handled in a very efficient and pleasant manner. I never hesitate to recommend this company to others.

    Faulty valves in the kitchen

    I found Mr Swirl to be efficient, courteous and informative. Would I use them again? I would most certainly call them the next time we encounter an issue with the plumbing in our house.

    Sump Motor replacement

    I needed my sump motor replaced so I went and bought the motor to ensure it could get done same day. I called in the morning and Brendan managed to fix it that afternoon. He got the job done. The same day service was nice (partially due to me gettting the part, but it would have been done the next morning anyway which is still good turnaround time). One major recommendation is that the plumbers should take more care in keeping things clean (ie. take shoes off etc and have some rags to wipe up (at least a basic wipe up) after they are done. I had to spend a good 25 minutes cleaning after the plumber left (had he taken his shoes off, that clean up time could have been 10 minutes). I would still use them again - i would just ask they remove their shoes (ideally i wouldn't have to). Thank you, Derek
