Finally moved into my dream home, and had quite a bit of renovations to do to bring it up to date. I used Monarch Kitchen and Bath for my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. From the start I felt good about my decisions. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they had all the product and the skill. Their staff is fully knowledgeable and they covered all the details, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They even come back a later to give you a Complimentary "tune-up". They made sure I was completely satisfied, and now I get tons of compliments on my kitchen and bathrooms and I recommend them to everyone!! Thanks Monarch!

I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the fine workmanship and attention to detail you and your staff exhibited during my kitchen project. I am so overwhelmed and pleased with the final results. Everyone of your staff should be complimented on their talents and their caring attitudes. When dealing with Melissa over the phone or by email, even though we have never met in person, she was attentive to my concerns and was quick to reply to them. When she said things would be delivered by a certain date and time, they were and I appreciated this promptness. The young man who delivered the cabinets was very friendly and careful as he alone brought in all the heavy pieces. Don was simply amazing and quietly proficient as he managed to install all those heavy cabinets. Although the young men who installed the counter top were present for a short time on the site, they were very skilled and polite. Sarah was an enthusiastic delight to work with. She had so many good ideas and made my decisions so much easier with her eye for detail. I appreciated the fact that Neil took the time to come to the project and double check the meaurements. Last but not least, I cannot say enough about the wonderful workmanship of Tim and JoAnn. They are simply outstanding in their ability to tackle any aspect of a project. They worked very long days but treated my kitchen as if it was the most important task they had to do. Each day the project site was left neat and tidy and work debris was taken away. I definitely will recommend your company to my friends and family and look forward to other projects that I have on the horizon. Thank you again all for your hard work.

had kitchen replaced and re-designed they handled the entire project , plumbing, electrical countertop , flooring and appliances it was good with special lighting and the new sink and faucets

We were very pleased with the renovation of our children's' bathroom. Everyone involved was extremely helpful. Neal with the measurements and rearranging of the space to our taste. Melissa with the design and helping us with choosing the pieces that met our needs and fit our budget. Last, but not least the installer Rick. He was professional and did an excellent job, showing up when promised and working very cleanly. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by Melissa and Neal. There was a small leak after the job was finished and the problem was resolved completely. We would certainly recommend Monarch Kitchen and Bath to anyone contemplating a renovation.

We shopped around a few local kitchen places before we chose Monarch. Melissa was excellent in making us feel special and that we were making the right decision. She presented us with an excellent design that covered all of our 'must haves'. She was thorough, listened to our ideas and suggestions and both her and Neil were always accessible to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Of course as with any renovation, there are glitches, but the ones we had were very minor and handled in a professional and timely manner. We are extremely happy with the end results and have blown away our family and friends with the transformation. See the photos for yourself! We would definitely recommend Monarch Kitchen to anybody.

Monarch did my bathroom renovation and there were a few outstanding issues which initially led me to give a lower rating. However, Neil and Melissa were amazing at following up to ensure that I was completely satisfied and I now am!! Thank you for superior customer service and believing in your product! I will definitely recommend Monarch to others and use them again myself!

We've been very pleased with the design and quality of the workmanship in our new kitchen! Any issues we had were taken care of in a timely and satisfactory manner. The contractors they use are very qualified and professional. The designer, Marion, was excellent and has made the most efficient use of every inch of my kitchen! I love the design she chose for my backsplash and get many compliments on it!

Dave and I just wanted to say a BIG THANKS to all the people involved in our Kitchen renovation at Monarch Kitchen & Bath in Pickering, Ontario Kevin or Salesperson for always being there for us whenever we had a concern or question. He helped us a lot from day 1 when we walked into the showroom and didn't have a clue as to what we were doing, looking for or what we might be getting ourselves into since we had never done anything like this before. He always made things right and didn't mind if we called a lot (Kevin always returned our calls on a timely basis) and made us feel that he was there for us no matter what. The Sink and Faucet look so good and we love the under counter lighting. Melissa, thanks for putting all the scheduling together and keeping everything on time without any delays to us. To the guys from Latitude, they did a fantastic job installing our counter-top for us and were very cordial while in our home. An especially big THANKS goes out to Rob the installer, he did such a great job installing the cabinets, the back-splash (they look amazing) and for all the other things he did like moving our plumbing, adding onto the Bulkhead for us where needed and putting up the Crown Moulding. Our kitchen would not look like it does if not for him and the attention to detail that he put into everything he did. Our neighbours love the transformation.

Hi Marion. I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent work so far. From the professional tone of Monarch, to the willingness to do our very small job to prepare our house for sale, to the enthusiasm for doing it on a quick timetable - we have been nothing short of thrilled. In fact, even though Monarch hasn't actually DONE the kitchen yet, I have a hard time imagining myself using any other place for kitchen or bath in the future. Monarch transformed my very ugly bathroom into a beautiful spa like bathroom. Melissa was helpful with all aspects from the design to assisting in colour selections. There were a couple of glitches along the way but Neil Samson personally took care of them and the personal touch was greatly appreciated. My only compliant is that the so-called "whisper quiet" fan is as loud as the cheap model that was in there before but definitely cost more. Overall, I am satisfied with the renovation and am looking into having Monarch transform my powder room.
