    Home Inspection

    I was very impressed with Clearview Home Inspection services. I called Tom to inspect a new construction property I am considering and was impressed by the thoroughness in which Tom conducted the inspection. The report was easy to read and understand and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision and conclude my negotiations with confidence. Tom employs best of class approach and service. Thanks for your professionalism Tom!

    Home Inspection

    We hire Tom from Clearview Home Inspection to inspect a home my wife and I are interested in. The homeowner was there throughout the inspection which made it a little uncomfortable for speak freely, but handled it professionally and was able to communicate the various issues noted with the property. The inspection report was very thorough and easy to follow. Thanks Tom for all your help. We would definitely recommend your services.

    Home inspection and mold sampling

    Fabulous. Clearview had the best home inspection service I've ever had. In comparing our inspector Tom to the 4 others we've hired over the past 15 years, Tom was absolutely the best. He was so detail oriented, and picked up things I'm sure others would have missed. Not only that, but with the detailed report he sent, I was able to negotiate a better price on the home. I will be contacting tom again for sure!

    Home inspection

    Best inspection ever! After reading so many amazing reviews on homestars I contacted Tom and hired him to perform a home inspection for me. Well, it's true...I see why he won the best inspector in Toronto. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me save money on purchasing the home by finding some important defects...thanks so much tom!

    Home inspection

    Great experience! We had the opportunity to have Thomas ( but he prefers to go by Tom) from Clearview Home Inspections complete the inspection work on our new property. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge and understanding of all the aspects of the house. His straight forward, honest, up-front way of explaining all the items with my new home was refreshing. The issues that Tom found with my home were all clearly documented and he provided a thorough understanding of these problems and what I can expect in the future. All-in-all I am very pleased and re-assured that the expense was well worth it and would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Great inspection! Tom was able to inspect our home in preparation for the completion of our Tarion inspection form. He was able to review the home and uncover a few things that we were not aware of. He produced a good report that we used in completing our Tarion form. I would recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    We had experience with home inspections and the past so I have something to compare Tom's services to. I can say that his inspection totally met all my expectations and the inspection report was even better than I thought because it not only shows all the faults found but also provides detailed technical drawings and recommendations on how this or that should be fixed. Very thorough job! Can definitely recommend his services to everyone.

    Home Inspection and Infrared camera

    Tom from Clearview home inspections was fantastic. We hired him based on the reviews he received on HomeStars. He arrived 15 minutes early and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provide us with excellent information and even home maintenance tips. His report was very thorough and comprehensive. We are very satisfied with his inspection - it gave us peace of mind moving into our new home. Thanks Tom!

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I noticed a stain on our family room ceiling and called Tom from Clearview to perform an inspection to better understand what this meant. Tom conducted him professionally and provided a comprehensive report. Thanks for you help, we now have our work cut out for us.
