    Home Inspection

    Just want to add to the many great comments made about Tom from Clearview Home Inspections. Since my new home was due for an upcoming year end with Tarion, I used Home Stars to search for a home inspector ASAP. Our of the top 5, it was Tom that responded in a timely manner. Not only he was the first, he provided me the confidence in having him inspect my house. As a new homeowner, Tom explained the operations of maintaining my house as well as providing his expertise in thoroughly examining all rooms. His patience in explaining the care and maintenance is greatly appreciated. I would not hesitant in recommending nor giving Tom a call / email. Thanks Tom for providing me the knowledge and peace of mind with my home. If your ever in the neighborhood again, please drop on by for a coffee!!

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera

    My wife and I bought a house in December of 2012, and had to arrange for a home inspection. We found Tom here on HomeStars. Due to our work constraints, neither my wife nor I could be present during the home inspection (really unfortunate), but one of my relatives was able to go. My relative (a retired construction foreman) said Tom was, without exaggeration, the best home inspector he's ever seen. Tom was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He got up and spent an extensive amount of time in the attic, walked all over the roof and was able to put together a comprehensive report on the good and the bad. Actually, on one occasion Tom's report saved us from being ripped off by an contractor! Although there were some minor issues with the house, we were able to buy it with confidence because of the information in the report. If you ever need a home inspector who knows what he's doing, is very thorough and reliable, look no further than Tom

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera

    Excellent! After seeing so many positive review I called Tom to conduct my home inspection and I'm very pleased with his work. Tom's inspection report was so thorough I felt like I truly understood the real condition of the home. Tom acted professional thorough out the home purchase process. He took the time to walk me through each of the particulars of his review and has been best in class in terms of follow up and post visit education. Great job Tom I would highly recommend. Thank you

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Very informative! I was impressed by Tom's professionalism, knowledge and patience during the inspection. He took the extra time to explain problems and potential issues in a manner that was easily understandable. Afterwards, I talked to him on certain items in his report. Sensing I still had lingering concerns, he took the time call me again to follow up and allay those concerns. He really did care and it showed. I would highly recommended ClearView to anyone who needs a home inspection. Thank you Tom!

    Home Inspection

    Tom was awesome! Not only did Tom look out for my best interest as a potential home buyer and saved me from buying an unsuitable house, but also gave me his 'seal of approval' so to speak on the house I did buy, and am sooo incredibly happy. Tom did not rush the process, he was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and explained things that should be addressed in my new home. He made me feel very knowledgeable about what I was thinking about buying. As a home purchaser, you always have your fingers crossed about the home inspection and hope it goes well, but it was comforting to know that Tom wasn't afraid to point out things that were questionable while reassuring me about things that I did not need to worry over. I have no hesitation in referring Clearview.

    Home Inspection

    Great inspection! Tom was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He took the time to explain everything he found, and answered all of my questions. He also seemed to genuinely care about me getting the information I needed to make an informed decision and ensured he told me about every detail he found. He definitely made the process easier for me and I would recommend him without any hesitation. He has also been very helpful after the fact continuing to respond to my questions. Thanks so much Tom really appreciated!

    Nice job Tom! We were very impressed by how professional and knowledgeable Tom conducted himself . He was easy to understand. Tom seemed to genuinely care about our concerns and provide us with the confidence we need to proceed with the real estate transaction.     Home Inspection

    I was very pleased with the home inspection provided by Clearview. Tom was thorough, and really took the time to ensure that I understood the issues. He was transparent and informative by telling me not only about current problems, but also potential ones, as well as offering tips on maintenance and upkeep. I was very pleased with our home inspection experience and recommended Clearview to others.

    Home Inspection

    Good Job! I hired Tom from Clearview home inspections to inspect a home I was interested in. I quickly realized that Tom was a true professional as I followed Tom around the property. He took the time to explain the issues and put them into context. I also learned a lot about the home through this process. All in all, he did a good job. Thanks for your help Tom.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Fantastic job! I would like to take the time and write a review for ClearView Home Inspections, in the hope of helping people who are looking for a quality Home Inspection, which i know can be a daunting task. We hired Tom to do an inspection for a Home that my sister was looking to buy for our parents, so we really wanted to make sure that the Home was safe and reliable. From the first moment we met Tom, we could instantly tell that he took his work to Heart. He is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain every detail of the Home Inspection to us, and make us aware of any and all issues that he was able to discover, their implications on the future of the home, their potential repair cost, etc... The report Tom provided was detailed, with great images and illustrations, and again went above and beyond what we expected, it even provided links to information on proper home maintenance for all the different aspects of our Home. I would also like to highly recommend Tom's Infrared Scan service. In our case it helped him discover a leak from the second floor bathroom, which he wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. That leak, if left untreated would have ended up costing us significantly more than what the Scan costed. We used the information Tom provided, and were able to negotiate the price of the Home down a bit, and we have now finalized the deal, and most importantly feel very secure in the fact that we purchased a reliable Home. Highly recommend Tom and ClearView Inspections to anybody who is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable service. You will get more than your money's worth. Thank you Tom
