    PDI Home Inspection

    PDI's are stressful and exciting times. Having Tom from Clearview conduct a PDI really provided peace of mind. Tom discovered several items that we would not have found on our own and these were added to the PDI. Thanks so much for the help today! Will definitely refer you to all friends and family!!

    Home Inspection

    Tom came over to perform the 30 day inspection and I gotta say I have nothing but positive comments about him. He is the most professional person I have ever had to deal with. From the moment he arrived (a few minutes early might I add) to the moment he left, he was very informative during the inspection and constantly provided me with the opportunity to ask him questions, something that I thought most service folks wouldn't allow. Not to mention he took his time inspecting the various aspects of our house, paying attention to several details that I clearly would've missed! Bottom line is that if you're looking for an inspector please don't waste your time as most people would agree in this forum Tom is clearly an excellent person to deal with!

    Home Inspection

    I found Tom and his company Clearview through this website, he had lots of good review and I asked him to do the home inspection for me, he did exactly what am expecting , very thorough, detail through the whole process, Great inspection. Thank you Tom for doing such a thorough inspection. It was really helpful and an incredible learning experience for me. I appreciated the inspection being not just a list of issues but also a learning opportunity about the home. Walking with you during the inspection and the comprehensive report really gave me confidence in moving forward. Thanks again!

    Home inspection

    We hired Tom from the reviews that he had at Homestar. We are very happy with his service. He did a great inspection of the house and took a lot of time going through everything and explained us every step.He is very proffessional and very prepared.     Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Excellent! It was a pleasure meeting Tom. He was a big help in making our decision easier at the time we were putting in an offer. He was easy to speak with and also very understanding. He also produced a very thorough report for us to review. I feel that he truly had our best interests at heart and treated the home inspection as if he was inspecting it for himself. I highly recommend him to everyone.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a terrific job with the home inspections. The inspection was not only thorough, but was not rushed and Tom was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions, and explained things that should be addressed in my new home and things that I might want to think about doing down the road. He made me feel very knowledgeable about what I was thinking about buying. Tom did not hesitate to point out things that were questionable while reassuring me about things that I did not need to worry over. I have no hesitation in referring Clearview

    Home Inspection

    We're so glad that we chose ClearView for our home inspection! Upon meeting Tom, we instantly felt a sense of comfort - he's personable, detail oriented and walks you through the entire inspection, encouraging us to ask questions while he's taking pictures of his findings. Tom encouraged us to ask questions. His attitude is "no question is a silly question" - which put us both at ease. This was all nicely put together in an easy to read, detailed report filled with pictures and explanations of his findings. There was LOTS of helpful information included in the report that seemed to go above and beyond his inspection. If you are looking for a quality home inspector, give Tom at ClearView a call!

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    Tom did a terrific job on the home inspection and was very thorough, finding many defects. He not only identifies the various issues but also explained why the items needed to be addressed and by when. Tom's report was comprehensive and included the digital and infrared pictures and issued the same day. Believe it or not, my husband said it was "money well spent"! Thank you Tom for your great service!

    Home Inspection and Thermal Imaging

    We are very happy to recommend Tom. He did a fantastic job for the inspection of our Toronto townhome. He was referred to us through a family member as being thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. Tom was all that and more. We learned a lot from the inspection and would recommend his services. We asked as well for the Thermoscan, which helped us to better understand where there were pipes in some walls we want to do some renovations, as well as the condition of the energy efficiency seal of doors, etc. I felt comfortable that I understood the Report he gives you, and felt I was making an informed decision before signing the next phase of the purchase of the house. He is the right person for the job, and it was money well spent!

    Home Inspection

    Moving from a condo to a house is a big step for us and we wanted to be sure the home was in good condition. We contacted Tom from Clearview to conduct our home inspection. He uncovered numerous issues that would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs and we ended up walking away from this home. We were very happy with Tom's inspection and will definately be calling him again when we find another house. Thanks Tom
