    Home Inspection

    Great home inspection. We are very pleased with Tom's inspection as well as his attitude towards his work. I found Tom very dedicated, focused and very polite in handling queries from us. We would recommend Tom for anyone wanting a quality home inspection. The thermal camera is a must!It's worth the extra $ It tells you the "INSIDE" story! If you don't hire Tom to do your inspection, you're taking a risk!

    HOME INSPECTION

    THOMAS did an amazing job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We did not end up buying the house due to information uncovered by the inspection. This saved us tens of thousands of dollars!! I would use his service again in a heart beat!!

    Home inspection

    Excellent! This is my third home inspector and definitely the one I will be sticking with. Tom is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He found issues that I'm sure the other 2 inspectors I've used in the past wound never have found. For example, when he went into the attic he found two cracked roof rafter and it's surprising that the roof didn't collapse yet. When he crawled into the crawl space (thank goodness he did, because I hate spiders) he found cracks in the foundation wall, which was also leaning. Bottom line, Tom was amazing and I would recommend his services. Thanks Tom, I will be referring you to my friends as well.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I wanted to get a home inspection done on our property as we did not get one done when we first bought. We called Tom at ClearView based on the many positive comments posted on Homestars. He definitely lived up to an exceeded his reputation! Tom arranged to inspect our home on a Tuesday afternoon and showed up early and despite a busy day, full of energy and enthusiasm. His inspection was thorough throughout our home. He patiently checked the roof, the exterior brickwork, the basement, the first floor and the second floor. He took time to explain what he was looking at in terms we could understand. He explained what we needed to do as homeowners to improve each deficiency. Later on, he used an infrared camera to check for moisture in walls, under floors, or even leaks in our air conditioning vents. He submitted his online written report and it was detailed and not only explained each deficiency with a diagram, but also included the estimated cost of repair. Overall, dealing with Tom was an pleasant experience- he showed genuine interest in making sure we understood the issues with our home and how to fix them. It was a real education! I would definitely recommend Tom for anyone looking at a professional and detailed home inspection.

    Commerical Property Inspection

    Wow! Your amazing report equipped us with the data we needed to have a detailed meeting with the Landlord and the Builder. It was quite satisfying to have inarguable information/proof. Great job Tom! ps. Infrared detection worth every penny!

    Home Inspection and Thermal Scan

    Great inspection! We had some concerns regarding an old house we were trying to buy, and as being our first home we needed an expert who was willing to make a thorough inspection and to educate us in every single detail. Tom went through the home with a fine tooth comb and addressed our concerns fully. He accommodated our schedule and encourage us to ask questions, which we did, no matter what type. He responded professionally and objectively which we really appreciated. His input and his ability to put our minds at ease based on the inspection was key for us to move ahead and buy the house. Great job, we would highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a professional job with our inspection. He showed a genuine sense of seeking the truth. He was concerned to ensure we understood each area in an objective way and what the impact and budgeted costs might be in any area of deficienty. Combine this with being a decent human being and I think it will be hard to find a better ally in your investment decision.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera

    I was looking for an inspector that I could trust and feel comfortable discussing the true condition of the house. After doing a little research and speaking to friends I decided to go with ClearView. Tom was very professional and took his time explaining issues to use.     Home Inspection - pre-purchase

    This was the first time I've done a home inspection and the overall experience was very good with ClearView. As expected after reading many positive reviews on HomeStars. Thomas conducted himself in a very professional yet approachable way. He encouraged questions during the inspection and he welcomed any questions or concerns even after the home inspection. The inspection had a lot of structure to it, which I liked. He would mention the item; why it's an issue, the severity of the issue, alternatives to dealing with the issue and whether it'll be expensive to fix or not. I would definitely recommend Tom's services to anyone needing a fair, professional, and courteous home inspection.

    Home inspection (1960 home) yonge & eglington area

    i found Thomas on Homestar.ca and was very happy that i did. Much like all his previous reviews, he did a detailed inspection which resulted in us making our 2012 /2013 strategy for upkeeping the home. Moving forward Thomas will continue to be my home inspector, he is very knowledgable, and ensures you understand every little bit of detail and the next steps to solve any issues with every individual peice of the home.
