    Home Inspection and Thermal Imaging

    Although I had issues booking through his website, I called Tom and he promptly returned my phone call for an inspection. Tom spent approximately 3 hours performing my home inspection including physical inspection and thermal imaging. He conducted himself in a professional manner and was open to my questions and concerns. Tom was very knowledgeable about the structural and common areas of concern. He used additional tools such as moisture detectors and thermal imaging to provide added confidence in his analysis. He provided reasonable advice with respect to having problems repaired.

    Home Inspection

    It was a pleasure meeting Tom. He was a big help in making our decision easier at the time of purchasing the home. He was easy to speak with and also very understanding. He conducted himself professional and listened to our concerns. Apart from being an excellent home inspector, he is also a very good person and I highly recommend him to everyone.

    Home Inspection and Infrared scan

    Wow. Tom was absolutely amazing. He when through the home thoroughly and presenting his findings in a very clear and easy to understand way. I learned so much about the home and feel confident in moving forward with this purchase. Thanks so much tom, great job! I highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom was extremely thorough and professional. The final report was detailed and easy to read. It contained all the digital and infrared pictures. We asked many questions and he patiently answered our concerns and gave us confidence in moving forward. Good job Tom. Anyone could feel confident using his services.

    Home Inspection and in Infrared Scan

    Nice job! Tom was referred to us by our neighbour who utilized Tom's home inspection services. We were very pleased with his work. We needed to complete our Tarion 1 year warranty form. Tom went through the house in great detail and found numerous items that the builder must address. He took photographs of those trouble spots and provided us with a written report, including the photographs, within 24 hours. We used his report to complete our Tarion warranty form, and it made the entire process easier. We also learned a lot from him about our home! He was professional, pleasant and personable. We would definitely like to recommend him to anyone who needs a responsible and qualified home inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Great job Tom! We were very impressed by how professional and knowledgeable Tom conducted himself during the inspection. Not only was he easy to understand and follow but even the way he responded to my questions. It was clear to me that he is very experienced and genuinely cared about our interests.     Home Inspection

    We found a two-story older home near central Toronto and contacted Tom to perform a home inspection. He was able to accommodate our need for a quick turn around and came in on short notice. He was clear, and careful in his explanations, and was patient in answering our questions, and giving us the time we needed to ask them. He produced a comprehensive report which included pictures and supporting material. Nice guy, too.

    Home Inspection

    As a real estate agent, I have used Tom's services twice in the last month. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. His inspection reports are outstanding being very clear and easy to understand. Not to mention he also delivers the report within hours, which is invaluable for my clients in real estate. During the inspection Tom is very helpful and will take the time explain any issues or answer any questions that you may have. I would recommend Tom to all my clients.

    Home Inspection with Thermal Imaging

    True professional! I found Tom through HomeStars in which he was highly rated. I asked him to conduct a home inspection for a home I just put in an offer for. Tom was very thorough and knowledgeable. He identified numerous issues which I then used to negotiate a better price. All in all, he did a great job and produce a great report. I would recommend Tom's services.
