    Home inspection service

    Tom was our inspector and he was amazing to work with. My partner and I were able to be on site with him during the inspection... he explained everything aspect in as much detail as we needed. We felt like we were on a school field trip. Tom was also extremely patient and was in no hurry to finish the inspection. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a home inspection.

    Very detailed and helpful!

    Tom was so detailed and thorough in his inspection. He also had so much patience to answer all of our questions in very intuitive ways to make us feel confident with our purchase. Highly recommend to all home buyers and agents looking for someone to help them out

    professional detailed and helpful inspection

    Tom was referred to me by a friend. I called him and he gave me good information on the phone to help me decide how to move forward. He was able to accommodate me in short notice which I was grateful. He was in time in inspection day and did a very detailed professional inspection. He walked us through the highlights of his findings and then later we received a very detailed report that helped us negotiate some changes with the sellers. Tom was fantastic and I will definitely ask him to help me again. I highly recommend him.

    Home inspection

    Andrew was our home inspector and did an excellent job helping us understand what needs to be immediately taken care of, what could wait and what's best left alone. Where every other inspection service was charging extra for infra red camera usage to detect dampness, this was part of the service in spite of the cost being lower than most other providers. Best value for money! I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of home inspection and expert advice at a reasonable price.

    Would say never regretted

    I had couple experience regarding home inspections but, this time was much more professional, it has been taken more than 4hours. I would recommend this company. Thank you

    Another Great Inspection

    Thorough and detailed inspection. This was our 4th time using Clearview for a home inspection. Saves us from buying homes that were a huge mess in thr past. Well worth every penny. When buying something as expensive as a home, having the confidence in knowing every inch of your home is properly built is amazing. Thr report that is generated also contains information about maintenance plans, and even addresses minor fixes and repairs that would improve the home. Wouldn't call anyone else for this kind of service.

    Home Inspection

    Fantastic Service. We were about to bid on a home and wanted a home inspection done first. We had only one day for the inspection, called Tom and he made time for us. When we showed up to meet him, Tom had actually arrived 30 minutes earlier so that he could inspect the outside of the home first. He spent the next 60 minutes going over the inside of the home with a fine tooth comb. He made time to review the results with us afterwards and sent us a full report. In the end, based on Tom's report, we decided not to make an offer on this home and I thank Tom for identifying issues that would have caused major costs in the future. We were so impressed with the service, we hired Tom a second time a few weeks later for a new home inspection. Again, quick service and great detail. We did end up buying the second home but felt much more comfortable with doing so after Tom's review and final report.

    Full house and property inspection

    Tom at Clearview provided great service. He was extremely punctual, his inspective was exhaustive, he did not rush through questions/answers, and he noticed things I would have otherwise missed. I highly recommend Tom for your home inspection.
