Home Inspection
Tom Rando at Clearview Home & Property Inspections was extremely thorough with his inspection of our new home. He patiently walked me through everything he found throughout the home and explained the associated cost, recommended actions and associated impact. He was very knowledgeable about the property and everything that needed to be done. Additionally, we opted for the mold detection (with expedited lab results) and infrared screening of the walls just to put our mind at ease. Both my wife and I felt it was well worth the cost. At the end, we were given a highly-detailed (with pictures) "honey do" list for the few things that were found throughout the home. I would absolutely recommend him again to anyone buying a home, especially if it's a little older.

Home Inspection
Hired Clearview to do a home inspection for a house that my wife and I were buying. This was the first resale house we bought so a house inspection was new for both of us. Tom was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the process of a home inspection. When we met at the house, he was very professional and detail oriented. He told us everything everything about the house and pointed out things that I would never had noticed. He left us with the confidence that was a great home to purchase. I would recommend Clearview to anyone looking for a house inspection.

Property inspection

Home Inspection in Whitby
I recently made an offer for a house in Whitby and I was looking for a home inspector to give me their feedback on whether the house was in good condition. I looked through Homestars for a quality inspector and found Clearview. I spoke to Tom who explained me the process and as a first time home buyer, I was convinced that I had made the right choice in using them for the home inspection. Bob (who lives on the East end of TO) came in to do the inspection. Bob mentioned that if the work is on the west end, Tom does the inspection and if it is on the east end, Bob does it. The entire inspection was around 3 hours and Bob checked through every nitty-gritty detail of the house. He took time in looking at every part of the house and explained them to me in simple language (I am no handyman and I have no clue what things around the house mean). Their report would help us a lot as we would know what we would need to plan ahead as expenses on the house. Bob even volunteered to come back and help us if we needed his services for free! Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat for your home inspection. As a first time home buyer and little or no knowledge about these details, Bob and Clearview did an excellent job!

Home inspection in Brampton
We were really happy with our experience with the property inspection. We had to reschedule twice due to changing weather and Tom was really flexible throughout the scheduling process. We spent almost 3.5 hours for the inspection and Tom took every effort to explain in detail all the results. A great summary report was provided the same day. We also appreciate Tom's willingness to continue to help with questions even after inspection. Highly recommend!

Extended Home Inspection
Tom was extremely professional, extremely thorough and explained everything as he went along, which made it very easy to understand. Thought 3D would be a waste of money but turned out to be great as we realized that there were large areas of insulation missing in various parts of the house that we would need to get re-done. We would most definitely use Tom again.

Extended Home Inspection
Tom was very informative, thorough and patient with his review. He made sure we clearly understood his review, and explained the issues with our house very well. Full Home Inspection
Tom was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He came on short notice and accommodated our schedule. The report we received was extremely detailed and easy to understand.
