    Extended Home Inspection

    Tom was very thorough and patient. He divided the inspection in 3 parts. The information was very easy to understand and in lay man terms. As a first time home buyer, having someone who is easy to understand and is willing to answer questions really helps with the stress involved. He took time to properly explain everything and also at the end wrapped up with an opportunity to ask questions. The inspection report was also sent in a timely fashion and is very detailed and easy to understand. Tom was amazing and I will be recommending him to family and friends as well as keeping his contact handy for the future.

    home inspection

    Tom came and inspected a home for us about a year ago (this review is long overdue!). We were so happy we hired him to do the inspection. He arrived on time for the inspection and ready to go. He walked us through the entire house and pointed out potential issues and things we should consider addressing. The thermal imaging camera was fantastic! Tom answered our many questions and we felt we had a good understanding of what buying this house would mean. We received a very detailed written report shortly after the inspection. I would highly recommend this company.

    Home Inspection

    - Tom was so friendly and welcomed my questions even before I sign the agreement - He was so flexible to schedule inspection in the evening which allowed me to join - On the inspection day, came on time with all required tools - The Inspection was very detailed and exceeding my expectations - Comments were so informative and valuable - He described everything during inspection and answered thousands of questions :) - The thermal camera was also amazing :) and identified more points to consider - Finally, I received the report on the same day, very detailed and well organized Thank you,

    Extended Plus Home Inspection

    Likely you're reading this because you're doing your due diligence as we did recently in our search for a home inspector! When we called up clearview we were pretty confident we had chosen the right company (based on reviews)! However after all was done, we were extremely pleased with the service and our expectations were met and exceeded! Tom our inspector, was consistent, clear, and responsive throughout our experience! He conducted a systematic inspection and explained the process to us before hands! We were comfortable asking him questions during and after, he took his time with our concerns. He took us through every single finding, and gave us important information and tips.. His knowledge was comforting and empowering! The writtrn report we got from him is top notch! Finally we were able to make our decision solely because of his report and findings, and we are very grateful to have had his expertise on our side when making the biggest purchase in our life! We would definitely recommend him to our family and friends ! Best of luck...

    EXTENDED HOME INSPECTION

    We hire Tom to do our home inspection to determine if we shall buy the house and do the reno. It turns out that the inspection solve a lot of mystery in the house and helps us to foreseen the challenge we will be facing when we do our reno. For sure, it also helps us to put a list of critical repair and prioritize our task easier. It ends up we did not buy the house due to our change of interest and the renovation challenges/complications we may have.

    Home Inspection

    Outstanding service, I've had many inspectors inspected house proposals before but none of them were as diligent as Clearview was. The inspector was very knowledgeable in what he was conducting and saying. The report gave an in depth review of the whole house which was very informative, as well as in a timely manner. Overall, I'd recommend Clearview to my workers and friends and they will be my new "go to" inspector.

    Extended Home Inspection

    Thomas was very professional and did a great job. He did a very detailed inspection and explained every step very clear and he was transparent. I will recommend him for others in the future.

    Extended Home Inspection

    We couldn't be happier with Tom's work. He explained everything really well as we walked through the house and offered a number of practical tips to address the small issues he identified. Will use him again.
