    Home Inspection

    First time home buyer. Was recommended ClearView and was not disappointed. Very thorough inspection but what was more impressive was the equally thorough explanation. Made the whole process really easy. All questions had an answer or suggestion and the report layout is detailed and very informative. Best customer service I've seen in awhile. Would hire again.

    Home Inspection

    Thomas Rando was the inspector of my semi detached two storey home. Personally I strive to be punctual and was appreciative of the fact he was punctual about the arrival time and time taken for estimation.As far as the inspection goes I am not sure if it could have been any better for a first time home buyer. Not only was the inspection thorough but he did take lot of time to explain me the nitty gritty and mechanics of various systems in the house. The report was sent to me the same evening. Not sure about other companies, but CVHI's report is very comprehensive. Its a document that you can refer to for future home improvements and maintenance.

    Home Inspection

    Thomas seems to be very thorough, he also took his time to explain everything in clear terms and the report is very detailed.

    Extended Home Inspection

    Tom was polite, friendly and very thorough. He took the time to explain his findings and put us at ease regarding what he found. His report was comprehensive and informative. I would highly recommended his company.

    Extended Home Inspection

    Tom was awesome, nothing less. He gave a very specific, thorough review of the property and made time throughout the process for my questions. Even after the conclusion of our inspection he made himself available for follow-up questions. The 80-page report I received at the end of the process was exhaustive, and will be a valuable resource for maintaining my home going forward.     Extended Home Inspection

    Tom did our home inspection yesterday and I must say that he was fantastic! Not only was he knowledgeable, careful and patient when explaining things to us, but he also went above and beyond by calling us the night before to warn about inclement weather. The inspection was booked on very short notice (next day) and even then, Tom did a very thorough job, providing us with a lot of information that was not found on the seller's pre-inspection report. I highly recommend using him as a home inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was professional and to the point. I am impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him to anyone.I purchased the extended plus package

    Extended Home Inspection

    Tom was extremely professional, warm, personable and detail oriented. He inspected the house the day a bad ice and snow storm hit Toronto and he arrived early just to ensure he could inspect the roof and exterior before the snow storm hit at 9:00am. He put my wife and I at ease, explaining everything and doing an extended walk through advising us he would take as much time as we liked to review questions. He provided an extremely thorough inspection and we offer a wholehearted endorsement of Tom and Clearview. Thank you!
