Excellent quality and workmanship. Everything was done on time with no issues and site cleaned up quickly. Professional team and pride in workmanship. You can order window from any number of manufactures and price is only a part of the decision making process. Installation is key as with warranty, are the larger components in deciding on a window supplier. Getting the job done right the first time will eliminate costly repairs and potential damage to the home later on. Great job by the entire Western Windows team.

We absolutely love our new front door and side light installed by Western Windows. From the prompt and reasonable quote provided by Jeremy to the excellent installation done by Tony and Kyle, we cannot be happier. We contacted several different window/door replacement companies when we were looking to have our non-standard sized front door & side light replaced in our 1950’s home. We also wanted to keep the existing storm door that we had installed only a couple of years ago. Western was the only company that was willing to replace the door & sidelight, as well as reinstall the existing storm door and reuse the door frame casing on the inside of the door, all for a much more reasonable price than any of the other companies offered. When we told Jeremy we wanted a door with an oval designer glass, he offered us an oval glass that they had in their warehouse at a reduced cost, as well as providing us with a senior’s discount. He was very accommodating by providing us with the opportunity to see the glass in the shop to be sure we liked it first and was very helpful in providing excellent suggestions for hardware and for the side light. The door was ready when promised, with Tony and Kyle arriving as scheduled to install the door. They did an excellent job of installing the door and side light, as well as reinstalling the storm door and replacing the casing. They were professional and knowledgeable with the install and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. We do not hesitate to recommend Western Windows and will most definitely be using them for any future windows or doors we may need.

We had all of our windows and 2 doors replaced in our older home in Dalhousie by Western Windows! What a fantastic job they did. They were extremely professional and friendly from day one. Didn't have to wait for a quote and we got to pick the day for installation once the windows were manufactured from their site. Thank you to Tony, Joey and the rest of the crew for their hard work, always being on time and always cleaning up at the end of each day! We are so very happy with our new windows and doors! We had windows installed last year with Western Windows and we were amazed at the quality of workmanship, efficiency and pleasantness all the way around. A year later I want to add another comment as to their follow-up. We had a bit of a problem with a window sticking. I emailed Kevin and the same day he had his technician out to our place and fixed the problem. It was amazing. Can't say enough good about this company! Highly recommend!

Western Windows was one of four companies I contacted for a quote to replace my windows and patio doors. They weren't the cheapest but they had good reviews, no complaints on BBB and were local. They arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Their product is very good and so far, no complaints. Minor issue with an incorrect screen size but they got a replacement the same day which says a lot for dealing with a local company. Very satisfied.

The estimator who came out was great to deal with. Love my new front door, the installers were efficient, courteous, cleaned everything up when finished. This company has fabulous all round service. I previosly had my windows replaced by thi company and would recommend them for any one wanting quality doors or windows.

I had all the windows in my house replaced by Western Windows. Great product and service. The staff in all areas of the business were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and was completed in one day, due in large part to the expertise of Tony and Joey. Amazed how much warmer my house is now. Thanks to everyone for a job well done.

We had an old window in the ensuite of our master bedroom that had been problematic for years. We got quotes from several different window companies, Western was the best price. They sent someone out to measure everything up, and then gave us an install date. Two of their tradesmen showed up on time on the day promised, and they had the old window removed (good riddance) and had the new one installed, it fit perfectly. We asked how long it would take, they told us two hours, and two hours it was, they were spot on. They replaced the interior oak trim around the window, and cleaned up after themselves with a portable vacuum, that was a nice touch. They didn't leave a mess for us to deal with. The only thing left to do is stain and varnish the new interior oak trim, but that's something we can easily do ourselves. A job well done, we'd certainly recommend them.
