I had two basement windows removed and replaced. The initial quote was excellent and helpful and the team who came was kind, courteous and really knowledgeable. The end product far exceeded the quality of the Home builders installed windows.

Excellent work. Did exactly what they said they were going to do on time . We are very happy. This is our third experience with Western Windows and would highly recommend to any one who has to replace windows.

I had windows and doors replaced on Aug. 29, 2018 and Nov. 23, 2018 on my townhouse. I was happy with the product and the color. On Nov. 23, 2018 someone complained to the Board the colors didn't match the complex. The Board told me to repaint in the winter by Dec. 3, 2018!!! Kevin, the owner will replace all the windows and doors installed with brand new ones painted in the correct color at no cost to me!!! OMG, what a reputable company!!! Western Windows was my first and only choice since my brother and a co-worker replaced their windows with Western and were totally satisfied. I highly recommend them due to the awesome product and most importantly, the honest and reputable owner and company. They really stand by their product and workmanship.

We made an appointment to tour the show room at Western Windows, and after talking with Jeremy and viewing the show room, we knew we had found the company we wanted to hire. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, and friendly, and we had our first round of questions answered. We booked a 2nd in-home appointment to discuss our site and the products/windows that would suit our budget and our needs. Jeremy came by a 2nd time with a fellow to assist and measured our windows. Once our order was completed they contacted us to set up an appointment and arrived the day we had planned even though we had a snow storm the day before and yard wasn't easy to get around in. The installers worked hard and fast, and by the end of the day all 16 windows were in. They came back a 2nd day to install a lovely, triple-pane sliding door and finish the inside trim around our windows. They did a lovely job. We are pleased with the windows and the good service we received from Western Windows. Just want to add, this was a large order, and they didn't require a deposit which gave us an added peace of mind. They promptly answered our emails and questions as things came up.

Great customer service starting from selecting the door to following up with questions related to product and install. Installation done with a couple of hours and done neatly and professionally. Very please with the service and product.

I had Western Windows replace windows and doors for Job # 1 on Aug. 27 and 29. I was extremely pleased with Terry who provided the estimate. He explained everything in detail so I could understand. He was very patient with my questions and did not pressure me at all. He left the decision as to when I would complete the job. Terry helped me with hinges on a kitchen cabinet door, too!!! I chose Western Windows because of Terry and also, my brother and a co-worker had work completed by Western and were very happy. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. All the office staff were extremely pleasant to deal with also. I highly recommend Western Windows for any window and door replacements. I will complete Job # 2 in November, 2018 with Western Windows. I did not consider any other company.

Replaced a bay window with the base. The price was reasonable, the quality and workmanship was excellent. Knowledgeable and professional staff. On time on each stage and they exceeded my expectation with an eye pleasing result. It is on my recommendation list to my family and friends on window shopping.

The men arrived promptly on time and were very personable. They were friendly and worked quickly yet by all appearances, also efficiently. Removed footwear upon entering etc. Great job, thanks!
