Christian and his team did a fantastic job on my home and i am more the pleased with the results! They did everything from paint my crown molding to doing an excellent job making my baseboards look brand new. Thanks to christian and his team my house now looks like my dream home thank you White Rock Painters!

Sadly, my experience with Christian and White Rock Painters was an incomplete paint job along with damage to my new flooring, new door casings and one area of my wall by the painters. See attached photos. I had high hopes based on the references he gave as well as the supporting website created for his company. Christian did not live up to his word by coming back to complete and "make things right" as he stated the day I paid him more than half the estimate in CASH even though I was not happy with the damage and incomplete areas in my townhouse. The old paint showed underneath barely one coat of new paint which Christian claimed to have applied 3 coats (yeah right!). I 'had' such confidence in the quality and workmanship only to be disappointed and angry. Christian agreed to me having all big items out of the home except for items necessary for day to day living. He never once asked me to move any furniture although I said I would and to let me know. As for the dog, Christian also has a 85lb pit bull and was happy to be around our dog. Again all this he knew prior to taking on the job. The dog was always in the care of my father in-law and wasn't even in the townhouse for most of work day. Sadly, Christian manipulates truth. With my experience White Rock Painters deserves zero.

Right from our estimate meeting with Christian we knew we were in good hands. Aside from being a painter, he's also very handy. There was extensive interior damage in the house we purchased (windowsills destroyed by pets, holes punched in walls), and he managed to make the whole house look brand new. He saved the day when our flooring company was suddenly unable to install baseboards due to a scheduling problem. He not only sourced and ordered the baseboards for us, but connected us with someone to install them the next day. He's a super nice guy and very easy to work with. The job was done in the timeline he estimated and we were very happy with the end result. I will absolutely use his company again if we need painting again and will be handing out his number!

We contracted with White rock painters to paint the Interior of our South Surrey home and we were pleasantly pleased with the outcome. We have had some negative experiences in the past and are always skeptical of reviews. Christian and his team are exceptional painters, from the very get go we could tell we were in good hands. The crew was great to have around and the quality of work was excellent, I highly recommend White rock painters and will call on them in the near future to do our exterior.

Christian and his company White rock painters recently completed a painting project on our home and we are very happy with the results. We had 3 estimates and Christian was right in the middle. We selected White rock painters based on their outstanding reputation, fair price and level of expertise. Christian himself worked onsite along with his marvelous crew. Christian and his crew were very professional and great to work with. They were also flexible and accommodating, as I made a small change to the colour choice midway through the project. I would highly recommended this company for your painting job.

My wife and I are first time home owners and we bought a place in South Surrey. The previous owners left the walls in pretty rough shape. There were a lot of small holes in the walls from pictures and damage from when they moved out. Christian came in, fixed all the holes and breathed new life into our place. It's like a brand new place! In my experience with Christian I found him to be honest, and reliable. My wife and I are very happy with the job he did.

Once in a while one finds the ideal company. I was more than pleased with both the quality and work ethic of Christian Troy and his team. They arrived each day at 9:00 precisely. I have a large house with many challenges. The previous painters had done a poor job and some of the wood had rotted. Mr. Troy and his team were able to do the repairs so that I didn't have to line up other workers. The estimate was lower than others by several thousand dollars and White Rock painters lived up to that estimate despite some extras that were required. A member of his team, noted that the colour we selected for our trim was too light and spent an hour with us putting drop after drop of tint into the paint until we were satisfied. I have already recommended the company to several friends and shall continue to do so. I am to give Christian and his team a 10/10 rating.

We bought a roughly 2,200 sqft 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house in White Rock, BC and asked a few painting companies to come give us quotes on repainting the interior (all walls, roughly 1,050 sqft of ceiling, a few doors and trims; 2 walls needed wall paper removal). Christian, the owner of White Rock Painters, showed up for his appointment on time. We immediately liked Christian as he was very professional and courteous. He took time to answer all our questions. White Rock Painters use Dulux paint, which is very high quality paint (perhaps not as high as Sherwin Williams, but Dulux is up there). Christian believed that the job could be done with 2 coats, while some painting companies quoted us 3 coats for more money. Christian's quote ended up being one of the lowest, and his quote came in the night of his initial visit. Another painting company gave a lower quote but the quote came in 3 days after the initial visit. We decided to go with Christian. It took Christian's crew 3 days to finish the job, and the end result looked excellent! It really only took 2 coats, as Christian said. When Christian's crew finished, they missed a few spots (as expected). Christian promised that he would return to finish the job, and told us that we could withhold some payments till the job was actually completed. we gave him the full payment anyway since we could tell that he was a upstanding guy. We actually gave him 2 small but extra jobs (paint a little piece of ceiling and a door) that was not in the original scope, and we told him to charge us extra. Christian came back, as promised, actually 2 times to finish the job to our satisfaction. And he didn't charge us for the 2 extra jobs! Moreover: Before Christian's return, another crew came in and installed new baseboards throughout the first floor over the newly painted walls. They left a thin strip of a different color above the baseboard on one of the walls. Since it was a small job, we didn't want to bother Christian since we knew he was busy (lots of jobs in the summer for him), and we were going to do it ourselves. During his return, Christian fixed that strip of different color without our asking. He didn't charge us extra for it. In fact, he made no mention of it. What a class act! He truly went above and beyond. We would definitely hire White Rock Painters again, and we would definitely recommend Christian and his crew to our friends and family.

I found Christian and his team from homestarts because of so many positive reviews and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. They are professional and friendly and knowledgeable crews that know what customers really need. They recommended correct products and applied them correctly. They even voluntarily put three coats for a stucco wall which is in poor condition without any extra charges to make sure our house not only looks beautiful but also can resist the heavy rains in winter for many years. We highly recommend this fine company.
