    Recreation Center Pool Deck

    We were so happy with the job Delta Classic Homes did. The men on the job were polite, attentive to detail and very responsive to questions and concerns. They completed the job on time with time to spare. They left the site spotless and ready to go for the Summer Season! We would recommend Delta to anyone for a big or small job!

    Backyard demolition, fence, interlock stone, reframe and installing new door

    The crew that worked on my house were absolutely amazing. Clear and easy communication. Very clean and prompt with their work and helped me work through a few issues along the way with logistics and design. For any future projects I wouldn’t hesitate to go with Delta first.

    Interlock Driveway

    I am very pleased with my new driveway The work was done quickly and neatly. I would definately recommend this company to others and I would use them again. They were a pleasure to deal with

    Retaining Wall and Outdoor Drain, External Pot Lights

    We are again very pleased with Delta Classic Homes and the work that they performed for us this past month. We contacted Avi because he and his team did such a great job for us last year when we had our interlock walkways and curbing replaced, concrete porch resurfaced, a backyard patio constructed and the driveway repaved. This time the work consisted of demolishing and rebuilding a retaining wall beside external stairs that lead to our basement and fixing the drain at the bottom of the stairs. We also had 3 pot lights installed in the soffit above our garage door. Avi was able to immediately schedule the work after we contacted him and the work was completed within a very reasonable amount of time especially considering the extremely uncooperative weather. Again Ladi and his crew were extremely pleasant and professional, keeping us informed regarding both the process and the progress of the work. Whenever we contacted Avi or Ladi with questions they responding promptly and pleasantly. Working with Ladi was wonderful. He and his crew were very hard working and a complete joy to work with. We highly recommend the services provided by Delta Classic Homes.

    Stone Work in back yard and front a Porch, steps and Walkway.

    We are very happy with the work, everything that was promised was delivered. Work was done timely and professionally. Avi has a great team of workers, they work beautifully as a team and are pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend him to all our friends and use his team for all our future jobs.

    outside stonework

    Mr. Avi Nakash, a very determined contractor who has a proficient work crew headed by Laddy This work crew showed diligence and proficiency towards their jobs. The end result of this project was carried out to my satisfaction

    Hellen, This rating is absurd, your work was done perfectly, it is very strong, beautiful and the whole neighbourhood is talking about it. No one has a nicer driveway, porch and patio then you. i came over about 20 times to take care of any complaint you had. My guys wanted to leave the job a few times since you didn't stop changing your mind. i came over and solved all your problems. anyone can come and see that the work was done perfectly. if people come by and tell you that you could have done it cheaper and you get upset, there is no reason to take it out on us. The people that put silicone on your driveway were cheap and you saw what happened. You have to pay for excellent work. Ladi has done numerous jobs for me and he gets a 9-10 ratings by everyone. not fair.

    Driveway Interlocking

    We had our driveway extended using interlocking stone. The outcome was exceptional! The workers were very professional. It only took them a few days to finish the project and they cleaned up after themselves. They also provided advice on how to properly maintain the stone. Overall very pleased with the service!

    Backyard patio stones

    I needed to extend the stone patio in my backyard, Avi's team did it flawlessly. I was very happy with their work, it was done on time and for a fair price.

    Backyard Patio

    Back in October we contracted Avi with Delta Classic Homes to complete a patio job as well as some other odd jobs around our home. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and honesty we received from both Avi and his staff. We always hear horror stories about contractors not completing jobs and not showing up when they are supposed to. This was never a worry or concern for us as Avi's professionalism showed through in all of our dealings. I would recommend and use this company again. Thanks Avi. Stacey

    Jewelstone

    Had my verandah done in jewelstone finish. The workers were very efficient, helpful, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Have received many compliments on how good the job looks. Well done!
