I called I think 6 different places for a quote and Avi from Delta was the only company that returned my call. And he came and gave an estimate in a timely manner and gave me a quote. His workers came within a week and did the job well and quickly. They cleaned up and took away everything leaving no trace of being there except beautiful driveway. The final cost was not a penny over the quote. Although the owner Avi wasn't on the job he called to see how it went and if I was happy with the job. We hired Delta to install our driveway and side walk and retaining walls on 2 sides of the house. They were doing the house of my neighbours across the street and we asked them to quote the work which was due for a long time. They were very reasonably priced and completed the work within a few days, very clean, very professional and we are very satisfied. I have more projects in the future which I intend to call Avi about. Theresa and Frank.

removed all the stone and base as it was in poor condition after our fence fell during high wind. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. They were neat , cleaned up the area and all is beautiful.

We are very pleased with the work that Delta Classic Homes performed for us. We had called other contractors to obtain estimates for the work but Avi was the only one to respond immediately. He told us that it would only be a matter of 2-4 weeks before he would be able to undertake the work and he was true to his word - the work was both started and completed within the timeframe that Avi had provided. The work consisted of replacing old interlock walkways and wooden driveway curbing, repairing and resurfacing the front porch, constructing a small patio in the backyard with existing interlock, replacing buckled metal window wells with concrete ones and repaving our driveway. Avi provided us with options regarding the work to be performed and, because of his knowledge and experience, was able to recommend materials and solutions that were better than what we had originally intended. Ladi and his crew were extremely pleasant and professional, keeping us informed regarding both the process and the progress of the work. Whenever we contacted Avi or Ladi with questions they responding promptly and pleasantly. Working with Ladi was wonderful. He cheerfully accommodated our last-minute design changes and often suggested alternatives that resulted in a better end result than we had anticipated. He and his crew were very hard working and a complete joy to work with. We have several other projects that we will be undertaking in the future and we will definitely be using Avi and his team when the time comes. We've heard many horror stories regarding other contractors and want to thank Delta Classic Homes, Avi and Ladi for an extremely positive experience! Highly recommended!

Called 4 landscaping contractors fall of 2016 and the only one to respond was Avi from Delta Classic Homes. Set up a time for a meeting to discuss the project and Avi arrived at the exact time agreed upon which seems to be a problem for most of today's contractors. Job was to commence in May of 2017. Avi's crew arrived and after discussing the fine points of the project work started. The guys set upon this project immediately and in a cheerful, speedy, but professional manner turned my once useless raccoon infested backyard into a remarkable oasis in the middle of the city. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted a friendly, professional and reasonable priced project. Both my wife and myself are very satisfied with the end results. Susan and peter

Avi, Costa and team were all very professional, courteous and did an outstanding job to our satisfaction. They worked very diligently and ensured that we were satisfied with their progress. In addition they cleaned the whole area, hosed everything down with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Avi to anyone and will be using them for future jobs. I would like to highly recommend Avi and his team. I got quotes from numerous other companies prior to proceeding on Delta. Avi was prompt, courteous and professional throughout. His team, as well, were very professional and did a phenomenal job with every aspect of the construction. Will definitely delta again.

I hired this company to repair the front concrete steps and install flagstones on them as well as the whole porch. Avi and his crew are real professionals. Konstantin and the rest of the workers did a very good job which left me very satisfied.
