It is a rip off artists company. They offered a cheap/discounted duct cleaning when they called to get in. Next, they "upsell" by scaring the customer; e.g. telling me about the dryer duct or the furnace being full of this and that and advising to clean it as well. Since my furnace is brand new, installed only a few months ago, this sounded fishy. It was. I admit my furnace and ducts are not easy to access but the technician sat and put his weight on the duct and damaged and deformed it - as a result it makes loud noise when the furnace is on. They also asked for cash offering me to not pay HST and gave receipt only on repeated insistence. However, the phone number on the receipt is not working. I just wanted to let them know I would never let them in the house again. Stay away from them!

Choose this company due to some good reviews. They came in on time and was very pleased in how professional they were. They took their time to take out every vent and cleaned them all. They showed us the before and after and can see the how dusty it was before.. We would highly recommend them.

This company rips people off! They have repeatedly called my home. i have repeatedly and nicely asked them not to call but it continues again, and again, and again. They also called my elderly parents home and unfortunately my parents set up an appointment! They were very, very friendly and "pretended" to clean my parents ducts but they really did not do anything. I have had my ducts cleaned by a legit company. My parents ducts are still full of dirt and dust. They also tried to tell my parents that their furnace and dryer must be cleaned now. "Extreme fire hazard" scaring them into spending more money. There furnace had already been cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. They would not give them a receipt. They took $350 of my elderly parents money and did nothing.

After many calls, finally the technician came today to fix my problem. .. thanks a lot for understanding. . Had really a hard time to contact them but at the end what counts is their help to fix my furnace. Again thx a lot!!!!

My elderly father was ripped off by this company. He was quoted $99 but ended up having to pay over $600. They essentially told him when they would be there (then showed up a day later) and bullied him into allowing their service guys into the house. I want everyone to know this company rips off seniors.

I called for duct cleaning, and the guy who came told me my furnace is full of dust he can do for me,so I decided to do furnace cleaning too.. after my furnace is making some kind of noices...I try to contact someone since a week and no answer... I am really angry....

I was going to turn furnace on and realized that my ducts were a bit dirty. I called toronto breeze and scheduled my appointment for the next day. They provided their service well and I was satisfied. I had also recommended my neighbours the cleaning.

The telemarketer had told me that dryer vent cleaning is also included in the package along with the duct cleaning. When I told the technician about it, he said it is not included and did not do it. The guy did not give client satisfaction a priority and overall did very bad duct cleaning job. I am not satisfied at all.

I just moved into my newly built house and gave Toronto breeze a call because I used them at my previous residence. They did a good job removing construction debris that was left over when the house was being built.The technicians were great.I also bought a washable filter that was recommended by the technicians. My system is running better than ever and I will use them next time around.

I was originally quoted $99 for the duct cleaning by a telemarketer from Toronto Breeze, when they arrived they said we needed "additional" cleaning because the house was never cleaned since it was built. My mother quickly agreed to do the extra cleaning without and paid the extra money. We never received any receipt or documentation noting what was done and then we contacted the previous owner if they had previously had duct cleaning completed. They told us that it was regularly cleaned every 2 years. So we just paid an extra $125 for nothing, to top it off the telemarketer called us back and asked how was the service. We explained him the extra charges and he quickly said we should not have been charged the extra $125.
