I received a promotional call from Toronto breeze. I hadn't got my ducts serviced for a while so I thought I would hire them. They arrived at the appropriate time, and were very friendly. They took there time and were very friendly. I'm definitely satisfied with there work.

This company is in my located in my neighborhood and I thought I should give them a call, so I called the phone number on the truck. I gave them the call on friday and got it done the next afternoon. They took about 1 1/2 hour to do the cleaning and showed me the dust that came from the duct system.

Very dissatisfied with this company.They came to my house and jacked up the price by 300$.How ever they said they cleaned my furnace and airconditioner,my hausband came home and found out the furnace was filled with cat hair.They claimed to be Licensed Gas Fitters which was hard to believe for me due to their age and childish behavior in my basement,I could fully hear them fooling around.I called their company after they left and the lady who took the phone call was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me.

Very proffesinal company that did some good duct cleaning. They used some powerful equipment in there truck that removed lots of dust. I would defintly recommend toronto breeze to my friends and family.

If they call you up hang up and save your money. They don't know what they are doing. There truck leaked gas all over my driveway, they didn't know how to hook up the hose to the furnace and they spread dust all over. The vacuum could not pull the air thru the vents. The used a broken camera to try and show me the vents before and after. I couldn't see anything because it was out of focus. Save your money and hire a company that can do the job.

This Company is the biggest scam ever,First of all I tried to call them back with the same number they called me to cancel but the number was not in service.They called my house over 5 times a day asking us if we need Air Duct Cleaning,They said it is 105 $ including everything,They said they are gonna clean the Air Ducts and also sanitize my system at no extra cost,Too good to be true,They showed up 3 hours late,Their pipes were all muddy,They were two people,The younger one must of been 15 years old, They did not even bother removing the Cold Air Return grilles,The whole process took them less than 20 minutes,Then I got called to the basement where the older guy notified me that Air Duct Cleaning was done,He told me my system needs Ragging,He said it is an absolute health hazard,I asked him if it was something they promised to do,He said we are here to do duct cleaning only!!! He asked me 500 $ extra to do the Ragging,And then he told me I should pay extra to get my Furnace and Ac cleaned! What a rip off! I asked for sanitization and the younger one told me it is already in our air compressor! (Which is impossible) I feel sorry for my self and also for people who trust these kind of companies... I feel like I have been scammed and ripped of.I would never suggest/recommend this company to any one.

Bottom Line. Do not use Toronto Breeze in the Ottawa area. I was contacted by phone and advised of a special. When they arrived they did not introduce themselves or advise what they would do. They did not really clean the ducts. They connected a large suction hose to the hot air plenum, squirted some compressed air into each vent and that was it, besides applying some anti bacterial liquid to the plenum. I complained and their supervisor returned the next day. A lot of reasons why they could not clean the ducts properly but nothing valid. Note they did not even brush out the ducts at the end as they said the brush may get stuck. There is established procedures for duct cleaning that they do not follow. I was basically told I got what I paid for. For duct cleaning use a reputable firm and ask exactly what their procedure is. Watch what they do and make sure they do what they said they would do. Check on the web for the correct process to clean ducts.

They were amazing and they were careful with the pipes so they dont damage anuthing. Also they were friendly and they explained the steps.They also cleaned my furnace for a vey cheap price i recomend this company they are very good.

Very poor service. You get what you pay for. Cold air return was not cleaned at all, after pointing it out to not miss it, not sure if they even sucked anything out. They blew everything down from the main floor to the finished basement and did not clean any basement vents at all. It took me an hour to vacuum them out after they left. Broke a vent and didn't tell me. Didn't replace the vents properly. Would not recommend them.
