I had a fabulous experience with Troy Transportation. i had a small shipment of furniture (including several antiques, artwork, mirrors and fragile items) moved from my parents house in Northern Ontario to London Ontario. My rep, Sasha was wonderful, she worked within an extremely short time frame, was incredibly attentive, responding to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner, the delivery arrived earlier than scheduled, with no damages, and the final cost came in under what I was initially quoted. I was very pleased with their service and would use this organization again in a heartbeat.

TERRIBLE COMPANY.. quoted me for $3500.. charged me for over $7000 !! when questioning the weight, customer service would through it back in my face that it was my fault not accounting for all my stuff in the estimate. Refusing to rescale, and still haven't received a scale invoice from them. They gave less then 24hrs notice before delivery, and wouldn't listen when I told them the weather was terrible (storm) and I may not be able to get to the bank.. and were quick to quote how much they'd charge me if I was late with payment.. but then when I called to see where they were, they changed the time of delivery by several hours due to the weather. Haven't yet been able to go through my belongings however, a couple furniture items were obviously damaged and several boxes looked uncared for. I had to tell the movers to be careful when offloading my stuff as they were rough in front of me. All around a terrible experience and would NEVER use them again.

Excessive damage lost items retention and detention of my property and four time charge me for weight. Never received weight scale invoice until we were taking them to court. lol Also weight scale invoice is by Troy transportation lol Driver told police that he never stopped lol joke company that need to be stopped. My life belonging are gone and everything I owe I ripped,torn for broke I am so angry and never cooperated from day one. Willnot give me the others name they moved me with.Left on a small unmarked truck to a 53 feet rig you tell me. I would not let them move anything period. WORSE company ever. I will move myself from now on I do know that. Sad ever day as I look around my house and just want to cry. So I pray to my lord. NO MORAL OR ETHICS at all this company. HORRIBLE. Tried to overcharge by $2000. Was Forced to re-weigh and was off by over 1000lbs. Took 2 months for shipment to arrive, we were promised 1-2 week. Things were broken and boxes abused.

This company is dreadful! Customer service is awful, sales rep would sell his soul to save a buck. They were hired to move a disabled women with a traumatic brain injury belonging to an assistant living facility. She needs full time care and was unable to get it because the company was 10 days late and too cheap to expedite. They played games with dates promised and forged the contract. Never use them

Troy Movers are horrible and unreliable. They do not deliver the products when you want them and when they do finally deliver your furniture and appliances are damaged. Then they charge a lot extra. A quote of $1800.00 ended up costing me over $5,000.00. RIPOFF ARTISTS..........Do not use them

I had to move my packaged goods in boxes from Toronto to Edmonton. The service was quick, on-time, friendly, personal and efficient. I always got a reply to my email / voice message in couple of hours, and my concerns were fully addressed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommended Troy to anyone considering a cost-effective yet reliable service. Thank you Alice.

Awful company who uses outside movers not their own employees which leads to a lot of miscommunication between them and me as well as a lot of damaged goods which does not get covered by insurance and what is covered is not paid out in full but yet "settled" that was never mentioned to me. Also they take weeks to return calls and emails. Would not recommend them!

DON'T BE A FOOL! READ THESE REVIEWS! They never provided us with a confirmed weight until delivery ~You have to sign disclaimers and pay before you see the state of your goods~Unprofessional movers~THOUSANDS of dollars in damage~They offered us $70 compensation!~Don't be fooled by the initial savings they quote you-the price ends up being just as high as the reputable companies! Our precious belongings were destroyed!!!

Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company under any circumstances. Inflated shipping weight, didn't disclose storage charges, wrong storage city then promised, sent one person to load, won't try to solve any customer complaints. .
