Basement Leak due to crack in Foundation
Rootor Man cam and repaired some cracks in the foundation that we discovered after I noticed some water leaking in the basement during a heavy rain storm. Crew was very professional, made the repairs and made sure the area was cleaned up once they were finished Would defiantly use them again if needed

Replacement of basement concrete slab and waterproofing
The crew did a great job. They were timely, efficient and kept the jobsite relatively clean. They were very professional and easy to work with. The workmanship was of good quality and I would hire them again for future work.

repair drain backup and replace all drains and then waterproofed the entire basement
Stephen and Alex were a pleasure to deal with we had drain-backup problem and then waterproofed the entire basement they were very respectful and very professional would recommend them highly

Service repair for sewer pipe
Excellent job! But very expensive, i wish to have more rebate from the city government

Sewer pipe repair (partial replacement)
The two of us were very very happy with the company. We had sewer backup on the long weekend (Family Day). Stefan came to assess the problem during the long weekend. He is a true professional. On the first working day Stefan obtained the building permit

Snaked drain
I had my drain snaked witch took about 20 minutes. I was charged $368. I feel that I was taken advantage of and I will never use this company again.

Replacement of a broken pipe in the main drain line, installation of a Back Water Valve and power wash of the pipe inside the house.
There was dirty water backing up in our basement that became more frequent within 3 weeks . Called a plumber twice who snaked a part of the pipe, opening the drain temporarily. For the third time, I thought of calling someone different and by luck got to Rooter Man. The person who came immediately started with a camera inspection, and gave me a complete diagnosis, with no extra talk nor wasting time. The quote seemed high initially, but on a little more research I realized that it falls into the average range for a job this big. Rooter Man were very professional and what I liked the most is that they were completely upfront with no hidden surprises nor were they guessing the job along the way like many others do. Thy also advised us on our eligibly to get a govt. rebate on the instal of a Back Water Valve, and facilitated the process. They were on time, polite, patient and professional. They did a thorough job without us supervising. I would recommend this company for the peace of mind when one is already stressed with a plumbing malfunction.

Foundation Waterproofing
Waterproofed my entire foundation. Being true professionals, they worked through some really cold days, some rainy days and had the job done as quickly as could possibly be done.

Basement drain clog clearance
My main drain got clogged and there was overflow in my basement. I sent a request on HomeStars, and Rooter Man was the first company contacted me. Alex arrived our home more quickly than we expected. First he explained what needed to be done and the cost. He put down a snake to get clogged cleared. Then he used a camera to inspect the main drain. During the entire process, he explained in details and gave some advice for preventing this issue from happening again. He did a very clean job and is very knowledgeable.
