    2-inch metal Object stuck in toilet

    My tea mug fell off my bathroom counter. I hadn't noticed that the tea diffuser fell in the toilet bowl and mistakenly flushed it! Everything looked 'normal' but there was some gurgling, and slow draining after flushing. Hesitant to use it, I called about 10 plumbing companies in the Toronto area. Rooternan was the friendliest, most approachable and accommodating in scheduling. The person I was told would arrive, came not just on time but early, which was better for me. Took less than one hour, used so many awesome tools even a camera. I know it could have costed me way more because plumbing issues can easily escalate to the thousands. Andrew an his student Alex were very persistent and eventually got the tea ball out. Very clean and professional and explained additional information to me. The price at the start was the same at the end even though I could see they were having difficulties. Affordable and my toilet is now in good working condition. Thanks Folks at Rooter-man! :)

    Replaced sewer line from house to street

    Sewer lines needed replacing, Rooterman crews hand dug pits 12 and 14 feet deep and one inside the house. Line was replaced by pipe bursting from inside the house with minimal damage to the outside and very little disruption inside. Excellent work and the company owner was on top of the job the entire time. Highly recommended.

    repair and upgrade water valves

    I am a volunteer- and temporary- manager of a church manse property and ran into some problems when installing new washing machine, old frozen valves. Rooterman responded quickly, fixed the original problem in a clean and professional manner. Service was friendly, prompt and skilled. As the summer went on other plumbing issues came up and this company was consistent in its business approach and in its business practice. No one ever wants a plumbing problem but it is nice to know that there is a local company that takes pride in its work and can be trusted to do the right thing. Sad that that would seem so rare but haven't we all experienced THAT trade abuse from other companies at some point? My verdict: I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen and Robert and the Rooterman crew. Thanks guys -- you made my job a lot easier and much more pleasant than it might have been.

    2 toilet fixes

    Back in 2001, I had used Rooter Man to insall a backglowvalve to prevent basement flooding. For years, I have been pleased, but thought they only did drain work. Last night, we had a clogged toilet that we couldn't clear at all, and were afraid top use the toilet on the floor directly above in case it was compromised as well. I phone Steve at Rooter Man to see if he could suggest someone, and he let me know, they provide many services aside from drain work. He took me through a series of tests to determine that my upstairs bathroom would be fine to use, and that the problem was likely just within the downstairs toilet. He let me know that he would have a plumber out this morning, and he arrived exactly as promised. Not to include the details of the blockage he found and also the source of the mysterious odor coming from the upstairs bathroom, I will say that Robert set to work problem-solving and explaining exactly what he found in terms that I could understand. Both problems were repaired using appropriate and quality techniques (rather than short-lasting repairs done by other companies...there had been 2 previously inadequate repairs to this toilet by those other companies). Also, Robert prepared the area and cleaned up thoroughly as well...not always done by other companies. Thank you Steve and Robert.

    Plumbing Service

    Our dental office needed to hook up a high tech dental chair to an existing water supply. Rob from Rooter Man came to do the job. He was on time, extremely personable and professional. There was no disruption to the daily funtioning of all the other dental operatories and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Our office will definitley use Rooter Man again for all our plumbing needs.

    Plumbing

    There was a really big ice storm this year that caused my pipes to freeze and burst. This was a big rush emergency and when I called Rooter Man they were able to slot me in and come almost immediately. I was in dyer need because it was so hard to find a plumber at this time and it was fantastic that Rooter Man was able to get back to me so quickly. Despite the fact it was so late when I had called the plumber quickly fixed the problem and did a terrific job!

    Water Pipes

    Rooter Man came in to fix my water pipes. They had to dig from the inside out of the house to fix the problem. I found the company to be very professional and efficient. They did a proper job and fixed the problem. There is nothing that I wish they could have done for me besides the price being a little bit cheaper.

    Plumber and Pipes

    I was recommended Rooter Man through a friend and was really happy with the recommendation. I had a plugged drain and Rooter Man did a great job quickly as they were in and out. There was no up-selling and they did their job effectively and efficiently. I would recommend this company to others.

    Sealed Cracks

    I found Rooter Man to be a pretty good company. I felt the job they did was done well and I had no issues setting up an appointment with them. All the information and quotes for the work were provided as promised and all my questions were answered with detail.

    Plumbing

    During the winter my pipes froze. I googled plumbers and Rooter Man were one of the first search results to come up. They came and tried to figure out the problem with the pipes and I found they did a great job of fixing the issue. I found their work to be organized and very polite. Really good company and would reccomened to a friend!
