    Professional, helpful, so great!

    Amazing service from Martin, Jeannie and their installation team. They made everything so easy. From selecting the right flooring, dropping off and picking up samples and finally the fastest and cleanest installation. This is the group you want to work with if you need new flooring.

    Replace carpet in 3 bedrooms, family room, hallway, stairs

    Great experience all around. Professional and pleasant sales / estimating staff (Faisal and Ben), and an excellent and friendly install crew... Del, Jay, and Keith. From chatting with them I pieced together that they have over 90 years of carpet installation experience combined. It showed in the way they worked together, and in the quality of the result. Highly recommended.

    Laminate venial flooring

    My wife and I had been looking to replace our very old linoleum floor, and removal was not a good option. We met a representative at Floors Direct North, who helped us pick out the right product and style that would best suit our home. He was very professional and helpful with advise on what would best work in our price range. We had there two installers who were excellent at what they did, do the job for us. They are very good at what they do and come highly recommend, if you are not so inclined to do it your self. We are very pleased with our new floor and only sorry we didn't do it sooner.

    Entire Main Floors

    Floors direct completed our project on time and the suggestions they gave start to finish made the selection process so simple. John was so well informed and a month after the install of our Vinyl glue down floors we are so pleased. The product is so beautiful we have had trades people think it is real hardwood. Ben was dead on with his estimate and measurements. We cannot wait to move onto the next step with they carrot John helped us pick out.

    Hardwood flooring, stair renovation

    We had hardwood flooring put in on 2 levels and carpeting on a third level, and 30 stairs refinished , stained to match the hardwood, pickets repainted, risers and stringers as well. Carpeting had to be removed on 3 levels, as well as the existing hardwood and terra cotta tile in the kitchen and family room. We were very impressed with Floors Direct North in Thornhill. From the initial consultation with Ben and Faisal to completion there were no surprises, no mistakes and the work was exceptional. Tran and his crew worked tirelessly, were prompt, professional , and cleaned up after each workday, as well as Richard who did the painting. Any questions I had were answered immediately and the work was finished in the exact timeframe agreed upon. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Complete upstairs carpeted

    Would just like to say thank you so much to the Floors Direct North team for the fantastic service they provided for us with our bedroom carpets. Jeannie was so helpful from start to finish. With helping me choose a colour and quality of carpet and under pad, arranging Martin to come out and measure ( very professional ) and a day later sending the quote. Once I had made my decision things moved very quickly. A big thank you to Jason and Del for a great job on installing my carpet. It was all done in two and a half days, and it looks awesome!! I will definitely be using you guys again for my next project. I am even getting a couple of rugs made with the remnants. Great suggestion Jeannie. Thanks again for the great customer service.     Hardwood flooring

    We needed to replace our entire main floor hardwood. I called Ben who went over and above with his service. Replied promptly to questions, emails and figured out how much sq ft we would need. He came out to our home and brought lots of very large samples to choose from. Ben had our hardwood delivered and brought into our home on the main floor only 3 days after we'd ordered it. Awesome !!! Thank you Ben.

    Vinyl floors installed throughout

    We had our hardwood replaced with vinyl in roughly 850 sq. ft. of our condo and new baseboards installed. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, the timeline (2 days start to finish) and the communication with the team throughout. There was a fair bit of dust once completed but that is to be expected. The only hiccup we had was a disagreement whether our dining room table had been damaged prior to or during the work. FDN provided a small discount towards partial replacement of the table.

    Thanks for everything through a tough time!

    What a team!, I had water damage a few months back and had reno's done. Jeannie and her team took care of everything!, from the moment I spoke with them on the phone I felt at ease and at home. They let me do nothing, the team took care of every detail from elevator bookings to cleanup and even people to move the furniture during installation. I went back from laminate to carpet and I love it, I am not ashamed to say I rolled around on it the first night. They recommended me an amazing underpad (comfort max) which helps so much. The installation was fast yet VERY well done. Whats so great about these guys is they are friendly and do every small detail for you, these small things are what makes the difference. In short Great people/great work 5 out of 5

It's very rare we get somebody to go from hard surface to carpet but I can fully understand why as there is nothing that feels quite like carpet under your feet.     Kitchen, LR, DR Floors Reno

    An excellent team and workmanship! The service provided by both Ben and Kyle was much appreciated. They were patient and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I was quoted 2 days work and was pleasantly surprised as it took less than 2 days. Attention to detail and clean up were excellent. I would recommend Floors Direct to family and friends without a doubt! Thanks for a job well done! Christine
