    All new carpet on upper level, new flooring in kitchen, laundry room and powder room

    We were very satisfied and happy with the service that floors direct north provided. Jeannie and Martin were very helpful with picking product and pricing and I can't say enough about the installers. They were efficient, pleasant to speak with, and very good tradesmen. They do really amazing work! Thanks so much!

    Basement floors

    Dealing with Floors Direct North was a great experience. Jeannie was a tremendous help in advising me what to choose for flooring for our basement after a flood. Her knowledge and experience was incredible. Thanks so much Jeannie, I would highly recommend this company. Deirdre Forsyth

    Very professional company!

    We had very good experience with Victor and Faisal. Faisal was very supportive in communication in the whole process. Victor inspected our floor carefully and provided us with professional and cost-effective advices. The work was done perfectly. This company is trustworthy. We strongly recommend this company.

    New Flooring

    We had a excellent experience with Direct Floors. The price was good, the sales staff very helpful and the installation was top notice. This job was for 800 sq feet of Flooring. Would recommend them to anyone.

    Installation of Hardwood Flooring

    We chose Floors Direct North through the HomeStars reviews and had the pleasure of meeting them at the Newmarket Home Show. We booked an in-home appointment for measuring, hardwood selection, etc. Martin was very nice and great to deal with. Our installer Steve did a terrific job on our floors, he is very skilled. Jeannie was an absolute delight to deal with as well. She was the person I was in contact with the most as she does all the organizing behind the scenes. From before sales, installation and after sales, this company is top notch in my books. We will definitely use them in the future!

    carpet and tile work

    The job was done beautifully from the beginning when we had the estimate and got good advice to the team that came into the house and installed the carpet and tile. They were very careful and did an excellent job. They were never in a hurry to get the job done but took the time to make sure the details were done properly. I am very happy with the results

    Hardwood flooring

    I had work done twice by this company and each time I was more pleased. The first job was the main floor and stairs in hardwood and carpeting on the second floor. It was complete in 3 days and any attention to details that I had, was gladly fixed. The second job was the upstairs hall, because hind sight is 20/20.The installers were efficient and even swept their way out the front door. John, Kyle and Ben were most helpful and most of all did not try to push me to a higher price point. Thanks guys.

    Stair Runner

    main floor hardwood

    the experience was excellent from entering the store and being shown product and given pricing and booking a measure appt. John the sales person was knowledgable and very friendly. The owner was at my home within the week and the install was the following week. The install was done quickly and my house looked clean and put together when I got home that same day . I was so thrilled with the whole experience from start to finish. Highly recommend

    Hardwood replacement and floor fixing

    I used Afzal and Ben to install hardwood flooring on the main floor of my house. The installer used a few extra days to complete the job rather than cutting corners. Excellent job completed and recommend them highly.
