    Main floor flooring - hardwood & tiles

    Once you shop around for the flooring you want - colour, suitability and value - the decision to move forward is based on Staff IMO. John was very helpful, Ben is a pro and a good guy too. Then you're in the hands of the installer. Ben chose Ivan for our job because we were installing tiles and hardwood. We were in good hands with Ivan who obviously cares about the quality of work he provides. Meticulous, an eye for detail and tidiness. What more can you ask. Great work guys. Have already recommended them to people we know and now you!

    Flooring done right

    Flooring is so important and expensive, you want to make sure you are getting a fair price and installed by quality people. Look no further than Ben's place as he beat all the other competitor prices for the hardwood and laminate I wanted and got a great install done, Ben's the man!

    Basement Floor

    I am such a big fan of this company and it's delightful staff. Owner Ben is a genuine human being and a delight to work with. I was recommended to Ben from a friend and am glad I gave him our business. I found the flooring I wanted and Ben matched the price to my internet search. He negotiated for me with the manufacturer and got me a great deal...he didn't have to do that. My wife and I felt that Ben had OUR best interests at heart. That's why Ben and his team are now doing our top floor carpeting too. Call me if you want to speak with me about my experience. Matt Conway 647 402 2096.     We had our entire house done with laminate flooring. Jeannie was just the best person ever to deal with she was fantastic and helped us to no end. Jay the installer was terrific, knowledgeable, helpful and very helpful during the installation.

    We are extremely happy with our new floors and our experience when dealing with Floors Direct. Jeannie was excellent, answering all our questions and helping us choose the best flooring for our home. Jay the installer did an excellent job in laying the flooring. Excellent customer service from all who we dealt with at this location. Great job guys.

    Installation of laminate flooring in living/dining room areas.

    We are extremely happy with our new floors and our experience dealing with Floors Direct in Newmarket. John was a tremendous help, answering all our questions and helping us choose the best flooring for our needs. All the staff, from the estimator to the installers where knowledgeable, helpful and polite and everything from the ordering of the flooring to final installation was done in a timely and efficient manner. The installers did an excellent job in laying the flooring, and cleaning up afterwards. We give kudos to all at Floors Direct and we will be back soon to arrange for additional flooring requirements.

    Main floor reno - hardwood floors

    STUNNING, durable hardwood floors for our main floor reno. John and the Floors Direct North team were very helpful and provided many suggestions to keep my project on budget. Would absolutely go back!

    Hardwood flooring

    I was driving past Doncaster avenue in a desperate hope that maybe I would find a flooring place that could help me, even though the other flooring places said they needed more time to order and install hardwood floor....but i had movers booked but really wanted the bedrooms new and fresh for the kids for when tbey started school..in less than a week!..well all I can say is that discovering Flooring Direct was like winning the lottery. I am so grateful to Jeannie and the team for everything they did for me and my family. From the second me and my daughter walked into that amazing store...and had the good fortune to meet Jeannie, everything good became possible.Jeannie was my guardian angel. The choice of flooring was incredible and within minutes I knew exactly what I wanted.it was gorgeous honey coloured hardwood oak..but I needed it fast in order to change the flooring in our new home from old carpet to something gorgeous before the movers would be arriving with all the furniture and the places i had already tried could not get the job done in my short timeframe. With the help of Jeannie. ...who was already incredibly busy...but made time for us...she made a few calls and not only was able to meet my time line but gave me a quote that was literally THOUSANDS LESS than my other quotes. I was a handful! I was nervous, worried ..emailing and calling Jeannie to go over details etc and Jeannie was like my mom and by best friend. She was kind and reassuring and patient and lovely and I am.happy to report that she was right about her installers being amazing. I am so happy to report that our hardwood flooring looks so beautiful. I even had to make some last second changes to the order due to my own miscalculation and when I told Jeannie...she took care of it for me when I am sure other less personal companies would have not been able to help or would have made me pay a fortune for my error. But Flooring Direct took such good care of me. When we ended up using less hardwood than originally thought (due to my mistake), the owner Ben gave me money back! I really love the amazing select Ion of flooring choices that the show room boasts but it is the outstanding customer service and professional instalation,and their very competitive pricing that has made me a Flooring Direct number one fan. I still have stairs and the basement to do and I will go directly to Flooring Direct for all my flooring needs! I really recommend this company.

    engineered hardwood floors

    Industrial Carpeting

    From our first encounter at the store to subsequent visits for a quote and measurements to the final installation, the team from Floors Direct were a pleasure to deal with. They were able to provide quick, efficient service and complete the work in a timely fashion accommodating our schedule in a friendly and helpful manner. Every person who was a part of the process couldn't have been more pleasant. Not only that, the obviously have the skills, knowledge and training to do a fantastic job.     Laminate on main floors

    Our floors have been in for about 4 weeks now and we absolutely LOVE it. Had a great experience with these folks at Floors Direct North. Always answering our many questions with their expert knowledge. On time for quote, delivery and installation appointments. We shopped around for pricing and the labour charges were very competitive. So far, no issues with the installation. I can't remember the name of our installer because I am horrible with names but he was efficient and got right down to business. He gave us tips on how to maintain our floors and was just overall very friendly. They have a great team and would totally recommend.
