NEW CARPETING THROUGHOUT ENTIRE HOUSE
Foors direct north finished an installation of new carpeting throughout my home and I'm very impressed with the quality of the product... the price was more than fair..the service and followup was unexpected and welcomed. The installation is amazing! GREAT job! Thank you Jeannie!!!

Acacia engineered flooring
We searched many places for flooring and kept coming back to Floor Direct north. Delivery was perfect came exactly as promised. Sales were not pushy and let us decide. As with all flooring stores everyone job is to sell flooring and sometimes everyone says this is perfect. We are happy with the choices they offered and pricing was fair. I strongly believe in supporting these smaller store since the big box stores could care less to help you. Plus there product line is all as cheap as can be. We installed the flooring ourselves and went perfectly.

Home theatre
I had something very specific in mind for the carpet I wanted in my home theatre. I had spent several years constructing the room myself and really felt that the carpet was one of the most important features to actually make the room feel like a theatre. I found myself very frustrated with the limited products I found and the high cost in so many stores. I finally found Jeannie at Floors Direct. I told her what I has after and she searched for it online and found exactly what I wanted, even bringing in a sample piece to the store so that I could be absolutely sure of what I was purchasing. Thank you Floors Direct. My home theatre would not be complete without the perfect carpet. Lisa, Newmarket

wood flooring
i found Jeannie to be very helpful. I had a lot of questions and she patiently and enthusiastically helped me through the process. i checked flooring at several other stores and found her to be the most personal and helpful. I would definitely think of them first the next time I want flooring!

Basement Carpeting
It was a pleasure to work with this company. From the selection to the installation, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the personnel. They were all a pleasure to deal with and the result is a beautiful basement

Floors
After checking out a couple of hardwood floor options around Toronto where I live, I decided to try Floors Direct North at the suggestion of my parents who recently used their services. Not only did they offer competitive pricing and a wide range of selection for what I was looking for, but their customer service was first class. Jeannie and Ben literally held my hand through the process from choosing what I wanted to the installation, responding to emails promptly and dealing with my questions and last-minute changes very patiently. The results were fantastic, we love our new floors and handrail and the installation itself was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company!

Custom Sunroom Floor
We built our home 24 years ago and decided to add a small sunroom off of the family room. The floor in the family room was a wax finish 3/4" oak plank with a deep V grroove on all four sides in an alternating pattern of 6", 3" and 4". I wanted to carry the same flooring into the sunroom seamlessly. I found out that the floor was unavailable as it was discontinued 23 years ago. I was given many options by various flooring stores including ripping out the family room floor (did not want to do - very old,rustic look with a great patina) or going for something completely different as trying to get something similar would look like a bad match (they no longer do deep V groove either). I was told that a custom floor would be too expensive (especially since the room was only 160 sq ft). I looked for months at many sites on line and went to many stores and could not find what I was looking for. My LAST store to visit was Floors Direct North. It was a very busy day but Jeannie spent a great amount of time with me showing many options - none were perfect. Then Jeannie suggested a custom floor - she took all the details and got back to me a few days later with the amazing news that the mill that her company used could make the floor with the same specs at a very good price (cheaper than pre-made I was looking at!). Sounded too good to be true! The floor looks fantastic! The floor went down easily and very difficult to tell the transition from the family room to the sunroom (second picture). Better match than I thought possible! My contractor could not believe the match, the quality or the price. Anyone who has seen it cannot believe it. Highly recommend you go here first! Hardwood flooring
Fabulous experience from start to finish. Showroom staff were knowledgeable in the products and experienced to help us pick the right hardwood. Jeannie listened well to our needs and let us take samples away so we could match. Carpet removal and screw-down was quick and painless. They cleaned up well. Installers worked the weekend, laying down underflooring and flooring with close attention to detail. Stairs are very good, both structure and finish. They completed the job without any fuss. An outstanding job! Update: Some rework needed. Buckling in one spot and surface crack in another. Terry came and fixed both. No charge. No mess. Great service!

Flooring
We hired Floors Direct North to instal carpeting and laminate flooring in our newly renovated basement. Not only was the price amazing for a high quality product, but we couldn't have asked for a better vendor to work with. From the staff in their Newmarket store location, to the two men who did the installation, everyone we dealt with was friendly, kind and professional. When I returned home after the installation was complete, you would have never known we had contractors in our house. The place was spotless and the work was exceptional. They even took the time to follow up with a phone call to ensure we were happy with the job before finalizing our payment. We will 100% use Floors Direct North for any and all future flooring projects. Thank you for the amazing service.

Hardwood and Carpet Installation
I had the carpeting ripped out of my whole house and had hardwood installed in all the rooms - except the kitchen and bathrooms- and carpeting installed on the stairs and upstairs hallway. Jeannie and her crews were OUTSTANDING. Sanketh helped me chose the best products for my needs, tastes and budget. Their prices were the best of the six companies I surveyed. And, although their prices were lower than other companies, the quality of their products was the same or better than the other companies'. Brad delivered the flooring on time and was very pleasant and helpful. The hardwood installation was done beautifully. Ivan and his crew laid out the pieces to best match the colour and patterns throughout the rooms. The cuts were precise. Nothing was measured "close enough". All his crew were polite, helpful and respectful. I was home for most of the installation and I never heard any swearing. My carpets were installed a week later. Again, Del and his crew were professional and respectful. I can't see the cuts around the spindles in the hallway or the stairs nor can I see any of the seams anywhere. The carpet height matches the hardwood floor height. Both crews cleaned the house of sawdust and carpet 'fluff' before they left. I am planning to have vinyl flooring installed next summer. There is no doubt in my mind where I will go to get it done.
