    Great Job

    We were fortunate enough to stumble upon the Floors Direct North showroom in New Market, where the staff arranged for Ben to visit our home and provide a quote. If you are looking for a flooring contractor, look no further, as Floors Direct North is the best of the best. We just completed a 5000 s.f. home renovation, where we removed the existing carpet and installed wooden floors. From start to finish this company exceeded our expectations. Ben was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and provided excellent advise. Nothing was ever too much for him. His communication skills and professionalism through out was greatly appreciated. He is a perfect gentleman and it is obvious that he truly cares about his customers. His guidance and hands on approach was so helpful to us. Likewise, his team of installers, led by Tran, were top notch. At the end of the day the job was completed perfectly, on time and at a fair price. We cannot be more happy with the end result and we thank Ben and Floors Direct for all their efforts on our behalf.

    Best Flooring Professionals Ever!

    Jeannie was an absolute delight to work with throughout the project. She was knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and wanted only the best for us. She made us feel like we were her number one priority! The installer's Fraidoon, Khan and Javid did an excellent job installing the luxury vinyl floors in our condo. We love our new floors and are very thankful to Jeannie and her team.

    Basement redo

    A big thank you goes out to Jeannie and Mohammad for helping us pick out and install the perfect flooring. Both Jeannie and her installer Fraidoon kept in constant communication during the entire install to ensure that everything went smoothly. We couldnt be happier with the top level of service they provided.

    Just in time for Christmas

    18 year old dingy broadloom and discolored kitchen tiles didn't cut it for Christmas this year. We went to Floors Direct North and met Mike, a very laid back but knowledgeable sales consultant. He showed us various options that would change the look and modernize our living, dining and kitchen areas. We chose a real wood laminate. Christmas was coming but the product was delivered on time and in one long day it was out with the old and in with the new. The installers couldn't be more efficient and careful with the existing walls and baseboard. We have already recommended this company to a few of our friends who are looking to modify their homes as well

    Highly recommended

    Flooring North came highly recommended, this company did not disappoint. From helping match my new hardwood floors to my existing and recommending the wider blanks for a more upscale look. They worked with me , when i had to delay due to other construction delays but when the job was finished, my floors look amazing, and not to forget the installer who came early and left late, and worked neatly and very detailed. i give Flooring North a 10/10

    Post Fire Restoration

    After a devastating fire in our home of over 44 years, we were delighted to be referred to Martin K and Jeannie S of Floors Direct North to guide us through the restoration process. They were both very familiar with the products available, and which products would be comparable to our original flooring. They helped us with carpet, sheet vinyl flooring and luxury vinyl tile. The installation of the various products was done on time and professionally, and we are extremely pleased with the results.     Flooring

    So thankful to have the help of Jeannie at Floors Direct North, picking out flooring for my mothers house as well as my house, she was so knowledgeable on all types of flooring. Shoutout to Ben who came to both houses to provide quotes. Also a huge thank you to our wonderful installer Steve! He installed a beautiful click vinyl at my mom's house in one day and then the following week came and did my house with a glued down vinyl. Both jobs look fantastic!     Carpet Replacement and Installation; tile installation

    Thank you to Jeannie, and her team Devin and Andre for their exceptional work. We were put in touch with Jeannie at Floors Direct North due to an insurance claim following a flood in our home. Jeannie was so very patient, and kind while we chose a new carpet and the tile. Devin and Andre are exceptionally skilled at carpet and tile installation and their workmanship demonstrates the pride they take in their work. Everything was completed on time, and to above my our expectations. What we thought was going to take 2 days to complete, Devin and Andre stayed to complete the work in one day. Could not be happier!

    Exactly what I was looking for! Great work

    Jeannie, Carlos and his team at Floors Direct North did an amazing job with helping me find and install the perfect vinyl flooring (Cairo - Coretec) for our renovation. From the beginning it all went smoothly from booking to picking the vinyl to the day of installation. The installation was completed in less than 3 hours and done nicely. I was very happy with there efficiency, professionalism, cost and final product. 5 stars and I'll be a returning costumer!
