    Great Experience

    My wife and I are fully satisfied with the service that Floor Direct North provided us. They were kind and courteous and did everything possible to ensure that everything went smoothly. They worked through my insurance seamlessly which took a lot of the stress out of the process. The installation was great and the installers were fast and efficient. I strongly recommend Floor Direct North for any flooring project you may have.

    Flooring in living/dining room

    This is the second time we have used Floors Direct North. Both times we were ecstatic with the results. From the informative, low pressure rep in the showroom to the skilled and quick installation team, they were top rate from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

    Hardwood installation 4 bedrooms and 2 stairs

    We are extremely happy we hired Floors Direct North to install hardwood flooring in 4 bedrooms, hallway and two sets of stairs, including replacing railings. Ben and his installers were professional and focused on Customer Satisfaction. Ben is quick to respond to any questions and concerns are addressed and resolved immediately. Ben also stopped in periodically during the week to see how things were going and make sure we were happy. The project completed on time, and on budget. No hidden costs. His crew worked long hours to complete this project in one week - we were amazed. They also left the premises perfectly clean when the job was complete. The workmanship was top notch and we are thrilled with the results. We highly recommend Floors Direct North for your project.

    Carpet and baseboard installation

    What a great experience from beginning to end. Ben and Mohamed were so helpful, let me take samples home, came to my home and took measurements, and not pushy at all. The installers they sent to put the carpet and baseboards in were very professional, kept the area clean, and did the job on time. Also, there were no hidden costs, it was exactly what they said it would be. And now that it’s in and the job is done, it is beautiful and we love it!!!

    Carpet installation

    Very happy with the service and company itself. Knowledge of the management professional and very knowledgeable of the products. Very friendly and helpful. Ben and Mohammed provided impeccable service to provide carpet beyond any store we been to. The installers were very good and did s fantastic job. Highly recommend to try this place.

    Carpet installation

    We had our entire second floor carpet replaced by Floor Direct North. Ridvan was the sole installer and he worked hard for long hours to finish the job in three days. Some areas needed extra time and attention, but he was very patient and never cut corners. The finished product is beautiful and it feels like we are in a new house. Even our dog loves the new carpet and is rolling over with joy. Thank you, Ridvan. You are a delightful person to deal with. Thanks also to Faisal and Ben for making the whole process easy.

    Vinyl Floor Installation

    I had a sewage leak in my condo and had to have my floors replaced. I can't recommend Floors Direct North more. I have a very fine eye for detail and I can say that the installation of the new floor was absolutely flawless. Martin was my point of contact and not only was he super polite and knowledgeable but he fought to get me the best flooring at an amazing price. Martin and his team were also super accommodating and coordinated with the restoration team to install the floor completely when I was on vacation!

    Great service - quality install process

    Kyle and team were awesome from start to finish - helping us find the flooring that would work best for our needs and budget. Installation was easy - any (small) issues that came up, were immediately addressed by Kyle and the installer team. In the end, we are very happy with the service and even happier with the floor!

    Condominium flooring
