From Ben, the wonderful, kind owner, to hard working store manager Faisal in the Thornhill showroom, to the amazing hardwood & carpet installers, they are a patient, wonderful team of honest professionals with very personalized service, who never pressure or push you, and greet you on a first name basis, like you’re their friend, who care more about meeting your true flooring needs & in your budget, than upselling you on products you don’t need just for the sake of them making more money. They made me feel like I was their ONLY client, paying close attention to me throughout the project, always making sure I was happy. They go the extra mile for you, giving you lots of “extras” at no charge, which is a nice touch from a customer service/retention standpoint. Reasonable prices, value added service. Great customer service, very well run, organized, efficient, hard working company from the top down.
