Our dryer had been taking longer and longer to dry a load of laundry, so I called Air Supply to come and clean the dryer vent. Damien responded to my email right away with a reasonable quote and went above and beyond to find an appointment time that worked with my schedule. He was able to quickly identify and fix the problem as well as realigning the duct work so that the buildup shouldn't happen again. He was very friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend him!

I was impressed with Damien's professionalism. He was on time and got his work done quickly. My wife and I are happy that the ducts and furnace are clean. I am quite satisfied with his work.

We bought a 43 year old house which had smokers living in it probably the entire time. We gutted the basement and built a new suite. Need I say that there was drywall and cement dust in every nook and cranny of the upstairs as well as down. When the drywall had been finished, Damien came and did a meticulous job of duct cleaning, taking care also to sanitize the vents to remove any remaining trace of cigarette odor. We had no more fine white dust blowing out of the vents! Thanks so much, Damien!

Choose Air Supply, you won’t regret it! Having had a basement renovation this summer we desperately needed our vents/furnace cleaned before putting our heating back on. Who knew summer would abandon us so suddenly? (and whilst we had aged relatives staying!) Damien came to our rescue after another ‘furnace guy’ who I’d booked (fooled by his sheer number of great reviews) spectacularly let us down by arriving in a mood, arguing with a neighbor, looking at our crawlspace furnace and declaring, “it can’t be done”, moaning about his back, refusing to recommend another company as “they’re all cowboys”, or even suggest a solution, and leaving us literally sat around an electric heater! I immediately sent Damien an email requesting advice/help and despite being booked weeks ahead he offered to rearrange his schedule to come to our rescue later that week! Happy tears! He explained that crawlspace furnaces are NOT impossible; they just take longer, and this *wouldn’t* cost extra. On arrival he was the polar opposite of the previous guy and was a conscientious, courteous JOY to have working in our home. He was also super considerate of our 2 cats, always making sure to shut doors (without being asked) to prevent them getting into the crawlspace, out of the opened window or the front door (it had the air hose coming through so he’d put his boots against it to stop it opening). He was so thorough he was here 6hrs, overrunning the 4-5 he’d estimated as we had so much debris in our vents; he reckoned upstairs debris had been there from construction, 60 yrs ago, even though another company supposedly cleaned them 3yrs ago (before we bought the house). He did not charge any extra for his time and instead was very apologetic for ‘holding me up’ (not at all!). I don’t know how the other guy thought he’d have it done in 2hrs! Damien made sure the furnace was running and left no trace he’d ever been here - apart from that lovely clean, warm air! Delighted! Thanks so much, Damien ?

The furnace & duct cleaning service I received from Damien was very much reflected in the 10-star ratings he received in his previous reviews. He is professional, diligent and thorough in his work. He spent 7 hours cleaning our double furnaces, air conditioning unit, central vac and dryer duct. He worked through every vent meticulously and was thorough in his work. He worked hard! I very much appreciated the care he took in ensuring that he kept everything clean because he was respectful of my home. Damien is without a doubt someone who takes ownership and pride in his work. I am so pleased with his work and will definitely be a repeat customer. If I could give him more than a 10-star rating, I would!

Damien from Air supply did a great job on cleaning our duct work. He spent the time on each vent to make sure he wasn't leaving anything behind. He did a great job on cleaning up the furnace room, and furnace. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get there ducts cleaned.
