Jim is great to work with, he listened carefully to our problems and helped us through the whole process giving us his full attention the whole time. Jim and his crew did a great job in a very tight space. They started on the day promised and finished the same day. They were very neat and left the site cleaner then they found it. The finished product looks great and I would happily recommend Ultrascape to friends and family. We're glad we found such professional people to work with and plan on calling Ultrascape back for more work in the future. Thanks again Jim and crew talk to you soon.

Ultrascape is a company that I would highly recommend. We hired Ultrascape to create a more welcoming front entrance, paved walkway to the backyard and dining area with some green space for the little one to run around. We hired Ultrascape after meeting with Jim. His experience, attention to detail and customer service was apparent from the initial meeting. Jim and his team were incredibly professional, prompt and accommodating to changes that needed to be made on the go. They were on time each day with positive attitudes and always checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress. We hired Ultrascape to replace interlocking brick steps with sod, replace interlocking pathway with new stone, and replace wooden steps with new stone. We give them the highest possible rating and reference because of the following; Jim K., the owner, was very helpful during the design process. The project started on time. Jim brought a crew of 7 of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Jim was onsite during the whole process. Work site was left spotless. We are very happy with the final project and the whole process.

We have asked Ultra scape to install the patio stone twice in the past 10 years at different locations. The experiences are always great. That is why we keep coming back to Jim when a new project comes. Jim helps us select the stone colour and design the projects. At the end , the result proves that his recommendation is correct. For the recent complete project, I like the new steps and the changes in the backyard.

Great job done by Jim's crew. Great quality, attention to details, no cut corners. The whole work was done much faster, with better quality, and even somewhat less expensive than I expected. The guys left the site immaculately clean. Will definitely recommend UltraScape to anybody.

Jim and his crew did an excellent job in ridiculously hot weather removing my old asphalt driveway and installing new paving stones. They were efficient with excellent attention to workmanship and they left the site in clean condition. Most importantly, they showed up when they said they were going to and completed the job in the promised time frame which nowadays in Toronto is a rarity. Also, they encountered an unexpected impediment when large old tree roots were discovered under the old driveway. Despite the fact that root grinding is not their main business, Jim responded above and beyond by renting a tree root grinder and completing the job themselves thereby ensuring the job was completed when promised. I would have no problem recommend Ultrascape for any similar job.

Absolutely, phenomenal job done by Jim and his crew. It looks so much better than the wasteland that was before - Jim's crew are fast, efficient, effective, professional and best of all came under cost. I certainly would hire them again for future jobs.
