    Good value

    It is important to me that when issues arise, a company takes some accountability and works with their customer toward a satisfactory resolution. Windowtech did just that so I have updated my review. The windows themselves are a good value and the work was done quickly. Besides this little bump on the road, I am satisfied with how things turned out.

    Job well done from start to finish.

    Product

    Love my new windows from Windowtech. These windows look bigger and a lot more sunshine comes through. I love the framing and the vinyl is so easy to clean. I would recommend Windowtech.

    Replaced window, new steel doors (front & French Patio doors( plus 2 cut-out windows

    Our sales rep Ivan was a super star! Always available and extremely helpful! We were also very impressed with the installers led by Mike. He is truly a master of installations! Especially with the 2 window cut-outs whereby he had to cut the bricks. In a nutshell we are extremely happy with our new windows and doors and highly recommend Window Tech- a truly professional company that stands by their product!

    Windows replacement with Alex G.

    Thanks to Windowtech installers and Alex G. in person! Alex G. made a very professional assessment of our house windows to be replaced, gave great price and advice. We got all the work done professionally and promptly by installers. Would recommend Alex G. to anyone who needs new windows.

    Window Replacement

    The windows are ok but the screen are very flimsy and fall off very easily. If you have pets I definitely wouldn't recommend windows with screens that fall off so easily. The Caulking job is terrible and was several inches thick. I had so many negative comments on my windows after installation. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company and wasn't very impressed with the customer service.

    Hello A, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about our company. The things that you mentioned are not exactly as written and needs to be cleared. We called quite a few times and sent emails in order to schedule an appointment to remove the new recently applied caulking and re-apply it to your satisfaction but you refused. We also explained to you that the stone finish on your house requires a thicker layer of caulking in order to protect from any possible water leak. The regular thin layer of caulking would not work in your case. Windowtech Team

    Front Door & Storm Door

    Leon (rep) knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the process and provided me with options and suggestions. The installers were professional and very CLEAN. They clean up during installation. They are very detail- oriented and you can tell they take pride in their workmanship. Definitely recommend. High recommend Windowtech

    Front door and Back door to Garage

    I cant say enough about Windowtech. They were fabulous from start to finish. Ivan came by the house to give us a quote to replace our front door, and the back door to the garage. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. When the doors arrived Ivans team were incredible. They were skilled and respectful of our property and home. They cleaned up afterwards and it was as though they had never been here. Everyone (including neighbours we hadnt met) have commented on how beautiful the doors are! Theyre simply gorgeous!

    Windows and doors

    The Windowtech sales representative Ivan and his manager Oleg were very nice to work with. Ivan always clarified all my doubts immediately. He did a great job and the windows and door quality is excellent. The installation was perfect without any hassle. I'm glad that I chose Windotech.

    RESIDENTIAL WINDOWS AND SIDING

    Our new home windows, siding and patio door were installed last month by Mike. He was professional, prompt, detailed and took great care with the installation and the disposal of the old windows. The work areas (both interior and exterior) were cleaned up daily during the 5 day installation. The windows are easy to use and clean, and definitely enhances the curb appeal of our home. Also, the professional approach by Ivan in Sales was appreciated. Ivan was not intrusive, was accommodating and patient, and helped us to decide the type and colour of our new installations. Highly recommend this company for its professionalism and quality of staff.
